Abstract

U pisanju završnog rada „Zarazne bolesti predškolske djece i njihova prevencija“ korištena je literatura iz područja epidemiologije, pedijatrije i biologije. Služeći se literaturom iz epidemiologije i biologije autor je opisao uzročnike, pojavu i širenje i kliničke karakteristike zaraznih bolesti. Zarazne bolesti su podijeljene na osipne (vodene kozice, ospice, šarlah, eritema infekciozum), zarazne bolesti respiratornog (gripa, angina), probavnog (rotavirusna infekcija, trbušni tifus) i središnjeg živčanog sustava (gnojni meningitis, dječja paraliza) i pritom je korištena literatura iz područja epidemiologije i pedijatrije. Zarazne bolesti su česte pa je važna zaštita. Cilj ovog rada je odgonetnuti koje su to mjere prevencije (ponajviše primarne) za gore spomenutih deset zaraznih bolesti te koja je to mjera kojom možemo podizati otpornost organizma na umjetan način.

Abstract (english)

The literature that was used in writing undergraduate thesis “Infectious diseases of preschool children and their prevention” is from fields of epidemiology, pediatrics and biology. By using literature from epidemiology and biology field, author described the causes, occurrence and spread and clinical characteristics of infectious diseases. Infectious diseases are divided into: infectious diseases with rash (water shark, measles, shamrock, erythema infekciozum), infectious diseases of the respiratory (flu, angina), digestive (rotavirus infection, abdominal typhus) and central nervous system (meningitis and pediatric paralysis) and it was used literature from fields of epidemiology and pediatrics. Infectious diseases are common, so the protection is important. The goal of this undergraduate thesis is to figure out which are prevention measures (mostly primary) for ten of the above mentioned infectious diseases and which measure can we use to raise resistance of the organism in an artificial manner
