Abstract

Cilj rada bio je utvrditi postoje li moguće razlike u razvoju fleksibilnosti kod djece od 1. do 4. razreda te uvidjeti razlike po spolu. Izdvajali su se rezultati u mjerenju fleksibilnosti, budući da su se u istraživanjima prikazivali rezultati svih motoričkih sposobnosti. Uzorak varijabli sastojao se od testova pretklon raznožno, pretklon na klupici, pretklon u uskom raznoženju te iskret ruku unazad sa štapom. Podaci istraživanja obrađeni su metodama deskriptivne statistike. Rezultati su pokazali da postoji statistički značajna razlika u razvoju fleksibilnosti po dobi i spolu. Učenici iste dobi pokazali su da se razvijaju usporedno te su imali slične rezultate. Uočena je razlika između razrednih odjeljenja, što objašnjava da se razvojem motorike poboljšava i razina fleksibilnosti. Zaključno, djevojčice postižu bolje rezultate od dječaka u svakoj dobi, što se pripisuje fizičkim karakteristikama djevojčica.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this study was to determine whether there are possible differences in the development of flexibility of children from 1st to 4th grade and to identify differences by gender. The results in measuring flexibility stood out as the results of all motor abilities were presented in each research. The sample of variables consisted of tests like straddle seated forward bend, forward bend on a bench, sit and reach and arm backward circumduction with a stick. Research dana was processed by descriptive statistics methods. The results showed that there is significant difference in the development of flexibility by age and gender. Students of the same age showed that they were parallel developing and had similar results. A difference was noticed between class departments, which explains that development of motor skills also improves the level of flexibility. In conclusion, girls perform better than boys at any age, which is attributed to physical characteristics of girls.
