Abstract

U ovom radu se govori o ulozi pravilne prehrane kao prevenciji pretilosti
djeteta predškolske dobi. Kako bi se dijete pravilno razvijalo, potrebno je od ranog
djetinjstva omogućiti optimalne uvjete za njegov rast i razvoj te je neophodno da
takve uvjete uz obitelj omogući i predškolska ustanova - dječji vrtić.
Pravilna prehrana je osnovni čimbenik koji omogućuje djetetu da se
pravilno razvija, da bude zdravo te da odrasta u samosvjesnu osobu o kojem se
govori u ovom radu. U radu se navode sva obilježja koja čine pravilnu prehranu u
cjelini. Ovim radom ukazuje se na važnost pravilne prehrane u djece od samog
rođenja, kako bi se njome izbjegao mogući nastanak pretilosti te kako bi se spriječio
njezin nastavak u odrasloj dobi. U današnje vrijeme susreće se sa sve većim brojem
pretile djece, stoga je važno da se upozna s obilježjima pravilne prehrane te da se u
slučaju pretilosti prepoznaju simptomi i da se na vrijeme reagira.
Rad razmatra pravilnu prehranu od samih temeljnih sastojaka hrane, koji su
važni za pravilan rast i razvoj djece. Naglasak je na teorijskom konceptu istraživanja
i ne bavi se konkretno istraživanjima u predškolskim ustanovama. Rad je koncipiran
u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je kratko opisana općenito pravilna prehrana te njezine
smjernice, što u daljnjem tekstu biva pomnije opisano uz pravilno baziranje
temeljnih sastojaka hrane. U drugom dijelu je pobliže opisana prehrana djeteta od
samog rođenja pa sve do polaska u školu, na koju se nadovezuju standardi i
normativi uz koje je naveden i primjer tjednog jelovnika u dječjem vrtiću. Treći dio
je posvećen pretilosti. Tekst rada je popraćen fotografijama sa internetskih stranica.

Abstract (english)

Discussion of this final is about the role of proper nutrition as prevention of
obesity for children in preschool age. For proper child development, it is necessary to
enable optimal conditions for growth and development from early childhood. For
optimal conditions of healthy child develpoment it is important that conditions are
provided to the child not only from his family but also from preschool institutions as
kindergartens.
Proper nutrition is the main subject of this final and it allows proper child
development, child health and growing up in a self-conscious person. This final
presents all the characteristics that make a proper diet as a whole. It emphasize the
importance of proper nutrition in child life from birth to avoid possible occurrence of
obesity and to prevent its continuation into adulthood. Today in our community it
can be seen the increasing number of obese children, so it is important that we are
familiar with the characteristics of proper nutrition and in case of obesity we are
aware of the symptoms and react in correct time.
In essence, this paper discusses the proper nutrition from the very basic food
ingredients, which are important for proper child growth and development. The focus
is on the theoretical concept of research and it doesn't engage research of preschool
institutions. The work is divided into several sections. The introduction briefly
describes the general proper nutrition and its guidelines, which hereafter becomes
more closely described by the proper choice of basic food ingredients. The second
part is describing child diet from birth until he starts school, to which are related
standards and norms indicated with the example of weekly menu in kindergarten. In
the third part focus is on obesity. The text is accompanied with photographs from
websites.
