Pretilost kod djece predškolske dobi

Abstract

Tema ovoga rada glasi „Pretilost kod djece predškolske dobi“. Sjedilački način rekreacije, te sve veća zastupljenost polugotovih proizvoda i brze hrane, odnosno loša prehrana, najčešći su razlozi koji su doveli do toga da pretilost djece predškolske dobi danas poprima sve veće razmjere. Pretilost se karakterizira kao bolest i predstavlja ozbiljan problem u rastu i razvoju djece. U radu ću objasniti pojam pretilosti, navesti ću koji su najčešći uzroci pretilosti kod djece, koje su posljedice, kako pravodobno reagirati da do same pretilosti ne bi niti došlo, te na koje načine izliječiti već nastalu pretilost kod djece. Iznijeti ću prehrambene metode koje se preporučuju za održavanje optimalne tjelesne težine djece, kao i hrana koja pospješuje razvoju pretilosti i koju je preporučljivo izbjegavati ukoliko postoji rizik od razvoja pretilosti. Svrha i cilj rada je osvijestiti odrasle osobe na ovaj problem suvremenog doba, jer upravo zbog nedovoljno informiranosti odraslih o zdravim i uravnoteženim prehrambenim navikama, te nedovoljno informiranosti o tome kako pristupiti ovom problemu, ili čak i zanemarivanja nastale pretilosti, djeca nažalost snose posljedice i često dječju pretilost prenose i u odraslu dob.

Abstract (english)

The theme of this article is „Obesity of children in preschool age“. The sitting way of recreation, increased representation of semi-finished products and fast foods, apropos bad nourishment, are the most common reasons that obesity takes more bigger proportions in preeschool age. Obesity is characterized as disease and presents serious problem in growth and development of children. In this article I will explain the term of children obesity, I will quote the most common causes, which are the consequences of obesity, how to react timely to avoid obesity, and how to heal already appeared obesity. I will adduce nutritional methods which are recommended to maintaining children optimal body weight, as food that enhances the development of obesity, and food which is advisable to avoid if there is a risk of developing obesity. The purpose and objective of this article is to awake adults to this problem of modern times, because adults are not sufficiently direct to healthy and balanced eating habits, they don´t know how to approach to this problem, or they just negligence obesity, so children unfortunately bear the consequences and very often they carry the obesity to adult age.
