Abstract

Množenje je jedan od najvažnijih matematičkih pojmova s kojim se učenik prvi puta susreće u drugom razredu osnovne škole. Učenik se kasnije s množenjem susreće na svim stupnjevima matematičkog obrazovanja, ali i tijekom cijeloga svog života.
U radu se opisuju svojstva množenja, modeli množenja te važnost automatizacije množenja. Motivaciju u nastavi matematike možemo potaknuti putem raznih aktivnosti i igara, ali i pomoću računala.
U analizi kurikulumskih materijala u odnosu na množenje predstavljeni su rezultati analize Nastavnog plana i programa, Nacionalnog okvirnog kurikuluma za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje te važećih udžbenika matematike za drugi razred. U kurikulumskim materijalima naglasak je stavljen na povezivanje množenja sa svakodnevnim životom.
Tablici množenja bi trebalo pristupiti na učenicima zanimljiv i primjeren način. Zbog toga su na kraju ovoga rada navedene matematičke aktivnosti i igre vezane uz tablicu množenja koje omogućuju potpunije usvajanje obrađenih množenja te automatizaciju množenja.

Abstract (english)

Multiplication is one of the most important mathematical terms that students encounter in the second form primary school. Later, the student encounters multiplication in all the levels of mathematical education, as well as throughout the entire life.
This paper describes multiplication properties, multiplication models and the importance of multiplying automatism. In maths class, motivation can be achieved through various activities and games, but also by using the computer.
In the analysis of the curriculum materials in reference to multiplying, the results of the analysis were presented for The National Plan and Programme, The National Framework Curriculum for Preschool Education and current second grade maths textbooks. The curriculum materials emphasize associating multiplying to everyday life.
The multiplying table should be approached in the way that is interesting and appropriate for the students. That is why the end of this paper has a list of mathematical activities and games connected to multiplying table that enable a more complete multiplying acquisition as well as multiplying automatism.
