Abstract

Namjera i cilj ovoga rada je ukazati na značaj i brojne dobrobiti glazboterapije u radu sa djecom s posebnim potrebama. Poznato je da glazba potječe još iz doba postojanja plemena te se potpuno razvijala i mijenjala kroz stoljeća kao što se mijenjala i njezina vrijednost i značenje u čovjekovu životu. Glazboterapija je definirana kao stručno korištenje glazbe u tretmanu, rehabilitaciji, edukaciji i vježbama kako kod odraslih tako i kod djece s posebnim potrebama. Uz prikaz uloge glazbenih terapeuta kao stručnjaka koji provode glazboterapiju, te načina njihova obrazovanja, u radu je prikazan i kratki povijesni razvoj glazboterapije u svijetu i Republici Hrvatskoj. Ukratko su navedene i opisane posebne potrebe djece kao što su: autizam, poremećaji govora (rascijepljeno nepce, mucanje, afazija, disfazija, dizartrija), motorički poremećaji (cerebralna paraliza, oštećenje vida, oštećenje sluha, mišićna distrofija), akutne i kronične bolesti i hospitalizacija, psihička oboljenja, neurološke bolesti i darovitost te je opisan način provođenja glazboterapije za svaku od njih. Navedenim primjerom iz prakse djevojčice N.R. koja ima poremećaj autističnog spektra dodatno se želi ukazati na potrebu korištenja glazbe u svakodnevnom radu odgojitelja i učitelja te njezine dobrobiti u djetetovu razvoju, osobito kao poticaj za razvoj djetetova govora i motorike, te zadovoljstva koje pruža djeci.

Abstract (english)

The aim and purpose of this paper is to point out the importance and numerous benefits of music therapy in working with children with special needs. It is well known that music comes from the time of the existence of the tribe and has developed and changed over the centuries as it changed its value and meaning in human life. Music therapy is defined as the professional use of music in treatment, rehabilitation, education and exercises in adults as well as in children with special needs. Along with the role of music therapists as experts in music therapy and their education, the paper presents the short historical development of music therapy in the world and the Republic of Croatia. Briefly named and described the special needs of children such as: autism, speech disorders (cracked palate, stuttering, aphasia, dysphasia, dysarthria), motor disorders (cerebral palsy, visual impairment, hearing loss, muscular dystrophy), acute and chronic illnesses hospitalization, mental illnesses, neurological diseases and giftedness, and described the way of performing music therapy for each of them. With the example given by the little girl N.R. which has an autistic spectrum disorder, also wants to point out the need to use music in the daily work of educators and teachers and its benefits in child development, especially as a stimulus for the development of child speech and motor, and the pleasure that children provide.
