Abstract

Ritmička gimnastika je sport koji zahtijeva specijalizaciju od najranije dobi. Sastoji se od elemenata kretanja kao što su stav, hodanje, trčanje, poskoci, skokovi, ravnoteže, zamasi, okreti i akrobatski elementi koji se prema odabranoj glazbi oblikuju u koreografsku cjelinu. Nakon usavršavanja elemenata kretanja, vježbama se pridružuju rekviziti poput obruča, lopte, vijače, čunjeva ili trake, a svaki od njih zahtijeva upotrebu specifičnog metodičkog postupka. Igra se koristi kao dodatni nastavni sadržaj, a svojim obilježjima pridonosi psihičkom i fizičkom aspektu razvoja svakog djeteta. Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti ritmičku gimnastiku kao sport primjeren djeci predškolskog uzrasta te ujedno osvijestiti važnost pokreta u predškolskoj dobi.

Abstract (english)

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport which requires specialization from the earliest age. It consists of motion elements such as posture, walking, running, leaping, jumping, balancing, tantrums, rotations and acrobatic elements that are shaped by the chosen music into a choreographic unity. After training the movement elements, exercises are accompanied by instruments such as hoop, ball, rope, clubs or ribbon, and each of them requires the use of a specific methodical procedure. The game is used as an additional teaching material, and by its characteristics it contributes to the psychological and physical aspect of each child's development. The aim of this paper is to present rhythmic gymnastics as a sport suitable for preschool children and at the same time to raise awareness of the importance of movement in preschool age.
