Povezanost kinantropoloških obilježja i razine tjelesne aktivnosti kod desetogodišnjih učenika

Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi povezanost između kinantropoloških obilježja i razine tjelesne aktivnosti kod desetogodišnjih učenika. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 81 učenika (49 dječaka i 32 djevojčice) dobi od 10 do 11 godina. Uzorak varijabli za procjenu činile su tri morfološke/antropometrijske mjere (tjelesna visina, tjelesna težina, indeks tjelesne mase), četiri testa za procjenu motoričkih sposobnosti (taping rukom, skok u dalj iz mjesta, pretklon raznožno, prenošenje spužvica pretrčavanjem) i jedan test za procjenu funkcionalne sposobnosti (trčanje na 300 metara). Razina tjelesne aktivnosti ispitana je anketnim upitnikom Fels pysical activity questionnaire for children (Fels PAQ). T-testom izračunate su razlike između spolova u antropometrijskim obilježjima, motoričkim testovima i testu funkcionalne sposobnosti. Povezanost kinantropoloških obilježja i razine tjelesne aktivnosti izračunata je Pearsonovim koeficijentom korelacije. Utvrđena je negativna povezanost između indeksa tjelesne mase i motoričkih testova skoka u dalj iz mjesta, prenošenje spužvica pretrčavanjem i trčanja na 300 metara. U nekim parametrima dobivene su značajne povezanosti tjelesne aktivnosti i kinantropoloških obilježja. Prema mnogim istraživanjima dječaci i djevojčice koji se bave tjelesnom aktivnošću i svoje slobodno vrijeme provode u tjelesnoj aktivnosti postižu bolje rezultate u motoričkim i funkcionalnim sposobnostima te imaju manji indeks tjelesne mase (BMI). Rezultati pokazuju da su dječaci bolji od djevojčica u aktivnostima koje zahtijevaju veću eksplozivnu snagu, dok su djevojčice bolje od dječaka u aktivnostima koje zahtijevaju veću fleksibilnost. Zaključno, rezultati ukazuju negativan utjecaj mase tijela i masnog tkiva na izvođenje motoričkih testova kojima se mjeri eksplozivna snaga nogu, sposobnost rješavanja kompleksnih motoričkih zadataka i izdržljivosti. Nadalje, postoji značajna povezanost pojedinih motoričkih varijabli i varijabli za procjenu tjelesne aktivnosti. Djeca koja više sudjeluju u školskim i izvanškolskim sportovima postižu bolje rezultate u eksplozivnoj snazi nogu, a oni koji više sudjeluju u sportskim aktivnostima u slobodno vrijeme imaju značajno bolje rezultate u fleksibilnosti i agilnosti.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this research was to establish the correlation between kinantropological features and the level of physical activity in tenyear old students. The research was conducted on a sample of 81 students (49 male and 32 women sex) aged 10 to 11 years. Fitness assessment variables consisted of three morphological measures (body height, body weight, body mass indeks), four tests for evaluation of motor abilities (hand plate tapping, bend and reach, standing long jump, carrying over by running) and one test for evaluation of functional ability (running at 300 meters). The level of physical activity was tested by the questionnaire Fels Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (Fels PAQ). The T-test calculates the differences between the gender in anthropometric characteristics, motor tests and the functional ability test. The correlation between the kinantropological characteristics and the level of physical activity was calculated by the Pearson correlation coefficient. A negative correlation between the body mass indeks and the motor tests in standing long jump, carrying over by running and running at 300 meters was determined. In some parameters there has been a significant association of physical activity and kinantropological features. According to many researches, boys and girls who are engaged in physical activity and spending their free time in physical activity achieve better results in motor and functional abilities and have a lower body mass indeks (BMI). The results show that boys are better than girls in activities that require greater explosive power, while girls are better than boys in activities that require greater flexibility. In conclusion, the results indicate a negative impact of body mass and fat tissue on the performance of motor tests to measure the explosive strenght of the leg, ability to solve complex motor tasks and endurance. Furthermore, there is a significant association between individual motor variables and variables for assessing physical activity. Children who are more involved in school and out of school sports achieve better results in the explosive force of the leg, and those who are more involved in sports activity in leisure have significantly better results in flexibility and agility.
