Abstract

Nacionalni kurikulum za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje opisuje važnost prikupljanja različitih oblika dokumentacije sa svrhom promatranja i razumijevanja djeteta, potpore njegovom razvoju te usklađivanja odgojno – obrazovnog rada s individualnim različitostima djece. U skladu s dječjim potrebama, mogućnostima, interesima i znanjima odgajatelji pripremaju i prostorno – materijalno i socijalno okruženje iz čega proizlazi da je dokumentiranje temelj oblikovanja kurikuluma vrtića. Kao jedan od mogućih oblika dokumentiranja, NKRPOO navodi i individualni portfolio ili razvojne mape. Razvojne mape oblik su dokumentiranja dječjeg rasta i razvoja od jaslica do polaska u školu i izrađuju se za svako pojedino dijete. Sadrže mnoštvo različitih materijala koji odgajateljima pružaju informacije o djetetu: fotografije raznih događaja i djece u aktivnostima, dječje likovne radove, pisane zabilješke djeteta i odgajatelja (dječje izjave, upitnici, počeci pisanja, dječje priče ili prepričane slikovnice, anegdotske bilješke) te bilješke, tekstove ili potvrde vezane uz aktivnosti u skupini. Teorijski dio rada će pobliže opisati značaj i ulogu razvojnih mapa u odgojno – obrazovnom procesu i njihove mogućnosti i koristi za sve sudionike odgojno – obrazovnog procesa: djecu, roditelje i odgajatelje. U empirijskom dijelu rada usporedit će se na ukupnom uzorku od 570 ispitanika stavovi odgajatelja koji izrađuju i koriste razvojne mape s onima koji ih ne izrađuju i ne koriste. Detaljnije će se analizirati struktura skupine odgajatelja koji izrađuju i koriste razvojne mape te ispitati postoji li povezanost između njihovih preferencija prema razvojnim mapama i njihove stručne spreme, staža, broja djece upisane u skupinu te vrste i strukture vrtićke skupine u kojoj rade.

Abstract (english)

The National Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care describes the importance of collecting different forms of documentation for the purpose of observing and understanding a child, supporting its development and aligning educational work with the individual diversity of children. In accordance with children's needs, opportunities, interests and knowledge, educators also prepare the spatial - material and social environment from which it follows that documenting is the basis for shaping the kindergarten curriculum. The National Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care also cites an individual children's portfolio as one of the possible forms of documentation. Children's portfolios are a form of documenting children's growth and development from nursery to primary school and are made for each child individually. They contain many different materials that provide educators with information about the child: photographs of various events and children in activities, child's artwork, written notes of the child and the educator (child's statements, questionnaires, beginnings of writing, child's stories or retellings, anecdotal notes), and notes, texts or confirmations regarding group activities. The theoretical part of the paper will describe in more detail the importance and role of children's portfolios in the educational process and their possibilities and benefits for all participants of the educational process: children, parents and educators. In the empirical part of the paper, the attitudes of educators who create and use children's portfolios with those who do not make and use them will be compared on a total sample of 570 respondents. The structure of the group of educators who develop and use children's portfolios will be analyzed in more detail. Furthermore, whether their preferences on children's portfolios are in correlation with their qualifications, internships, the number of children enrolled in a group, and the type and structure of the kindergarten group which they work with will also be examined.
