Abstract

U ovom radu pod nazivom “Stres kod odgojiteljica’’ željela sam iznijeti stresne situacije sa kojima se susreću odgojiteljice u svakodnevnom radu, vrste stresa kao i sindrom sagorijevanja. Stres kod odgojitelja treba se smatrati društveno bitnim pitanjem. Da bi se poduzele mjere poboljšanja vezane uz nastanak stresa kod odgojitelja bitno je krenuti od početka- pronaći izvore stresa. Negativno ponašanje i stres kod odgojitelja može izazvati i sindrom sagorijevanja. Odgojiteljski posao postaje sve teži i kompleksniji jer odgojno obrazovni sustav daje nove zadaće koje predstavljaju dodatan teret u poslu odgojitelja. Česta izloženost stresnim situacijama na radnom mjestu odražava se na kvalitetu rada i zdravstveno stanje odgojitelja. U hrvatskim vrtićima omjer djece na jednu odgojiteljicu znatno je veći nego što je u ostatku Europe čime se povećava opterećenost i doživljaj stresa.

Abstract (english)

In this paper entitled "Stress of Preschool Teachers", I wanted to present the stressful situations that educators encounter in their daily work, the types of stress and burnout syndrome. Stress of preschool teachers should be considered a socially important issue. In order to take measures to improve the development of stress in educators, it is important to start from the beginning - to find the sources of stress. Negative behavior and stress in educators can also cause burnout syndrome. The educational job is becoming more and more difficult and complex because the educational system provides new tasks that represent an additional burden in the work of educators. Frequent exposure to stressful situations in the workplace reflects on the quality of work and the health status of educators. In Croatian kindergartens, the ratio of children to one teacher is significantly higher than in the rest of Europe, which increases the workload and the experience of stress.
