Abstract

Ovaj završni rad govori o utjecaju tjelesne aktivnosti na rast i razvoj te zdravlje djeteta predškolske dobi. Naglasak je na jutarnjoj tjelovježbi kao jednog od oblika jednostavnog tjelesnog vježbanja. Jutarnje tjelesno vježbanje utječe na cjelokupni motorički razvoj djeteta, odnosno na filogenetske i ontogenetske oblike kretanja, čime se unaprjeđuje cjelokupno zdravlje djeteta, a sprječava se pojava različitih kroničnih bolesti i prekomjerne težine. U odgojno - obrazovnoj ustanovi moguće je provoditi različite vrste tjelesnog vježbanja. Ističe se važnost provedbe programa tjelesnog odgoja i obrazovanja u svakom vrtiću i za svu djecu, a osobito programa jutarnje tjelovježbe koja je u većini vrtića zanemarena. Kako bi djeca razvila pozitivan stav i navike glede redovite tjelesne aktivnosti i zdravog načina življenja, potreban im je dobar uzor koji leži prvenstveno u njihovim roditeljima, a onda i odgojiteljima. Na kraju rada prikazani su primjeri vježbi jutarnje tjelovježbe koje se izvode cijeli tjedan postupnim dodavanjem različitih rekvizita.

Abstract (english)

This final paper discusses the impact of physical activity on the growth and development and health of a preschool child. The emphasis is on morning exercise as one of the forms of simple physical exercise. Morning exercise affects the overall motoric development of the child, ie the phylogenetic and ontogenetic forms of movement, which improves the overall health of the child, and prevents the occurrence of various chronic diseases and overweight. It is possible to perform different types of physical exercise in educational institution. The importance of implementing a physical education program in every kindergarten and for all children is emphasized, especially the morning exercise program, which is neglected in most kindergartens. In order for children to develop a positive attitude and habits regarding regular physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, they need a good role model that lies primarily in their parents and then educators. At the end of the paper, examples of exercises are presented, which are performed during morning exercise throughout the week by gradually adding various props.
