Abstract

Kroz rad je prikazan program akrobatskog rock' n' roll- a za djecu školske dobi, točnije za djecu početnike od 1. - 4.razreda. U teorijskom dijelu prikazan je akrobatski rock' n' roll kao sportska aktivnost. Prikazane su osnove akrobatskog rock 'n' roll-a kao sporta, podjela u natjecateljskom dijelu, te pravila (sudačka i natjecateljska). U drugom dijelu teorije prikazana je razlika razvijenosti akrobatskog rock' n' roll- a u nekoliko zemalja Europe, te u Hrvatskoj. Kroz praktični dio rada prikazan je detaljan plan i program koji se provodi u školama sa djecom početnicima od 1. – 4. razreda. Informacije su prikupljene u tri zagrebačke škole gdje se tečaj akrobatskog rock' n' roll- a održava posljednjih nekoliko godina, te je zainteresiranost djece svake godine sve veća. Polaznici tečaja su dječaci i djevojčice od 1.- 4. razreda. Program je pokazao veliki napredak u razvijanju dječjih motoričkih i funkcionalnih sposobnosti, kao i poboljšanje u dječjem tjelesnom i zdravstvenom stanju.

Abstract (english)

This text discusses the programme of acrobatic rock' n' roll for children of school age, or more exactly for beginners from first to fourth grade. In the theoretical part acrobatic rock' n' roll is shown as a sport activity. The basics of acrobatic rock' n' roll as a sport, the devision in the competitive aspect and the rules (judging and competitive) are discussed. The variety of development of acrobatic rock' n' roll in several countries in Europe as well as in Croatia are discussed in the theoretical part as well. Through the practical part of the text, we can see a detailed curriculum which is being executed in schools with beginners from first to fourth grade. The data is collected in three schools in Zagreb where this course of acrobatic rock' n' roll is held for few years now, and the interest of children grows each year. The participants of the course are male and female students from the first to fourth grade. The programme has shown great progress in the development of children's motoric and functional abilities, as well as improvement in children's physical and health condition.
