Abstract

Pandemija bolesti COVID-19 uzrokovala je prekid nastave u obrazovnim
ustanovama i provedbu nastave na daljinu. Nastava na daljinu u Republici Hrvatskoj
trajala je od 16. ožujka do 22. svibnja 2020. godine. Tijekom tih deset tjedana svi su
učenici nastavi prisustvovali u on-line okruženju. Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je
istraživanje s pet učiteljica razredne nastave. U istraživanju je korištena metoda
studija slučaja, a instrument istraživanja bio je polustrukturirani intervju. Cilj ovog
rada bio je utvrditi načine na koji su učiteljice organizirale i provele nastavu na
daljinu te ima li razlike u organizaciji nastave na daljinu u urbanoj i ruralnoj sredini.
Također, u ovom radu ispituju se stavovi učiteljica o kvaliteti održavanja nastave na
daljinu u usporedbi s nastavom u učionici.
U teorijskom dijelu rada definira se pojam e-učenja i navode se različiti oblici
e-učenja. Predstavljeno je trinaest obrazovnih platformi i aplikacija koje učitelji
mogu koristiti za stvaranje virtualnih učionica i pripremu digitalnih nastavnih
materijala. Uz to, navedeni su uvjeti koji moraju biti ispunjeni kako bi se mogla
provoditi nastava u on-line okruženju.
Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazali su da je računalna opremljenost na
jednako zadovoljavajućoj razini u gradskoj i seoskoj sredini, a internetska veza nije
bila ograničavajući faktor u provedbi nastave na daljinu. Razlike u načinu rada
vidljive su s obzirom na uzrast učenika. Učenici prvih razreda trebali su stalnu
pomoć roditelja koji su imali značajnu ulogu tijekom nastave na daljinu. Održavanje
nastave putem interneta potvrdilo je važnost informatičkog obrazovanja učenika,
njihovih roditelja i učitelja. Ovim istraživanjem ustanovila se potreba učitelja za
stručnim usavršavanjem usmjerenim uporabi informacijsko-komunikacijske
tehnologije u nastavi.

Abstract (english)

The COVID-19 pandemic caused the interruption of teaching in educational
institutions and the implementation of distance education. Distance education in the
Republic of Croatia lasted from March 16 to May 22, 2020. During those ten weeks,
all students attended classes in an online environment. For the purposes of this paper,
a study was conducted with five primary school teachers. The case study method was
used in the research and the research instrument was a semi-structured interview. The
purpose of this paper was to determine the ways in which teachers organized and
conducted distance education and whether there are differences in the organization of
distance education in urban and rural areas. Also, this paper examines the attitudes of
teachers about the quality of distance teaching compared to classroom teaching.
In the theoretical part of the paper, the concept of e-learning is defined, and
various forms of e-learning are listed. Thirteen educational platforms and
applications that teachers can use to create virtual classrooms and prepare digital
teaching materials are presented. In addition, the conditions that must be met in order
to be able to conduct classes in an online environment are listed.
The results of this research showed that computer equipment is at an equally
satisfactory level in urban and rural areas, and the Internet connection was not a
limiting factor in the implementation of distance education. Differences in the ways
of organizing distance education are visible regarding the age of the students. First
graders needed the constant help of parents who played a significant role during
distance education. Teaching online has confirmed the importance of Information
Technology education for students, their parents and teachers. This research
established the need of teachers for professional development aimed at the use of
Information and Communication Technology in teaching.
