Abstract

Sport je sastavni dio života ljudi različite dobi i društvenog položaja. Predstavlja opće ljudsko dobro te izražava čovjekovu kreativnost. U sportu osoba ima tendenciju širiti svoje mogućnosti, probijati granice i truditi se uvijek biti bolja i uspješnija. Spontanost i ljudska drama što se odvijaju u sportskom natjecanju, daju mu poseban potencijal što je vrlo važno za djecu i mlade. Bavljenje sportom jako je korisno, kako za odrasle, tako i za djecu jer se na taj način stvaraju zdrave životne navike. Osim što ima korisne zdravstvene uloge, sport je vrlo važan u odgoju djece. Djeca, baveći se sportom, razvijaju samostalnost, odgovornost, upoznaju ostalu djecu te stječu socijalne kompetencije i vještine. Velik je utjecaj sporta i na formiranje osobnosti jer se djecu i mlade uči disciplini, timskom radu, toleranciji te se razvija radna navika i jača njihov karakter, samopoštovanje i samopouzdanje. Ljubav prema sportu je osobina koju kod djece treba njegovati od samih početaka njihova života, bilo da je riječ o povremenom igranju s prijateljima ili o bavljenju sportom unutar sportskog kluba. U tjelesnom odgoju važnu ulogu imaju roditelji te odgojitelji i učitelji, koji putem motoričkih aktivnosti za djecu mogu utjecati na njihov napredak. Zadaci tjelesnog odgoja temelje se na mogućnosti poticanja fizičkog rasta i razvoja djece, razvoju njihove psihomotorike te razvoju opće funkcionalne sposobnosti organizma. Navedeno je moguće provesti osmišljenim sistemom vježbi i igara te stvaranjem navika za zdrav i higijenski život. Bilo koji sport ili tjelesna aktivnost potiče na djelovanje kompletnog lokomotornog sustava presudnog za transformaciju energije koja je potrebna za aktivnost svih stanica u tijelu. Stoga se sport i tjelesna aktivnost smatraju odrednicom za skladan razvoj svih djetetovih osobina i antropoloških značajki.

Abstract (english)

Sport is an integral part of the lives of people of different ages and social position. It represents the common human good and expresses human creativity. In sports a person tends to expand their capabilities, break boundaries and strive to always be better and successful. The spontaneity and human drama that take place in a sports competition give it a special potential, which is very important for children and young people. Playing sports is very beneficial for both, adults and children, because it creates healthy living habits. In addition to having useful health roles, sports are very important in raising children. In sports, children develop autonomy, responsibility, get to know other children, and acquire social competences and skills. The influence of sports on personality formation is also great because children and young people are taught discipline, teamwork, tolerance, also they develop a work habit and strengthen their character, self-esteem and confidence. A love for sports is a trait that children need to nurture from the very beginning of their lives, whether it is playing occasionally with friends or playing sports inside sports clubs. Parents, educators and teachers play an important role in physical education, which through motor activities for children can influence their progress. The tasks of physical education are based on the possibilities of stimulating the physical growth and development of children, the development of their psychomotor and the development of the general functional capacity of the organism. This can be done through a thoughtful system of exercises and games and by creating habits for a healthy and hygienic life. Any sport or physical activity encourages the action of a complete locomotor system crucial for the transformation of energy required for the activity of all cells in the body. Therefore, sport and physical activity are considered to be a determinant for the harmonious development of all the child's traits and anthropological features.
