Abstract

U ovom ću radu pokušati objasniti sam pojam pretilosti, koji su to čimbenici koji utječu na pojavu pretilosti, prevencija i kako riješiti problem pretilosti ukoliko se ona pojavi. Pretilost predstavlja veliki problem koji se naţalost, osim kod odraslih, počeo intenzivno širiti i među djecom i mladima. Svrha i cilj ovog rada s temom „Pretilost djece u predškolskoj dobi“ je osvijestiti problem koji je danas sve više zastupljeniji u ranom odgoju djece. Loša prehrana, premalo tjelesne aktivnosti i sve veći utjecaj tehnologije na razvoj djece najčešći su razlozi debljanja.

Abstract (english)

In this article, I will try to explain to yourself the term obesity, which are the factors that affect the appearance of obesity, prevention and how to solve the problem of obesity if it occurs. Obesity is a major problem that unfortunately, except for the adults, began to spread intensively among the children and youth. The purpose and objective of this article with subject "Obesity of children in preschool age" is to raise awareness of the problem which is now more frequent in the early education of children. Poor diet, lack of physical activity and the growing influence of technology on the development of children are the most common reasons for weight gain.
