Abstract

Vizualna podrška pomaže djeci s poremećajem iz spektra autizma (PSA) i djeci s teškoćama socijalne komunikacije u razumijevanju svijeta oko sebe. Cilj je ovog rada ispitati mogu li se djeca s PAS-om i teškoćama socijalne komunikacije dulje zadržavati u igri te proširiti igru uz korištenje vizualne podrške za poticanje simboličke igre. Rad je tematski podijeljen na teorijski i empirijski dio. U teorijskom dijelu opisuje se igra, igra djece s teškoćama u razvoju i vizualna podrška. Nadalje, provedeno je kvalitativno istraživanje, a korištena metoda je studija slučaja. Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom pedagoške godine 2019./2020., a sudjelovalo je troje djece, od čega jedno dijete s dijagnozom PSA te dvoje djece s teškoćama socijalne komunikacije. Rezultati istraživanja pokazala su da su, uz pomoć vizualne podrške za poticanje igre, djeca pokazala napredak u odnosu na cilj i postavljena istraživačka pitanja.

Abstract (english)

Visual support helps children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (PSA) and children with social communication difficulties understand the world aroud them. The aim of this paper is to examine whether children with PAS and social communication difficulties can play for longer and expand the game with the use of visual support to encourage symbolic play. The paper is thematically divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes playing, playing of children with disabilities and visual support. Furthemore, a qualitative study was conducted and the method used was a case study. The research was conducted during the pedagogical year 2019./2020., and three children participated, of which one child with the diagnosis of PSA and two children with social communication difficulties. The results of the research showed that, with the help of visual support to encourage play, the children showed progress towards the goal and research questions asked.
