Abstract

Zdravlje ima bitnu ulogu u čovjekovu životu, a ono je u uskoj vezi s kretanjem. U dječjim vrtićima teži se uspostavljanju zdravih životnih navika. Vježbanje djece predškolske dobi provodi se planski, sustavno i kroz igru. Ono utječe na razvoj motorike, ali i uči djecu disciplini, zdravim životnim navikama i samopouzdanju. Programi kinezioloških aktivnosti koji se provode u dječjim vrtićima uvelike doprinose razvoju djece. Programe pišu odgojitelji u suradnji sa stručnim timom vrtića te je potrebna verifikacija istih od strane Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja - Agencije za odgoj i obrazovanje. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi postotak djece i odgojitelja koji su uključeni u programe kinezioloških aktivnosti u dječjim vrtićima.

Abstract (english)

Health has an important role in a person's life and it is closely connected with movement. Kindergartens are striving to establish habits for a healthy life. Exercise among pre-school children is carried out sistematically, by planning and through ludic activities. It influences the development of motor skills and also teaches children discipline, healthy lifestyle habits and confidence. Kinesiology activities programmes implemented in kindergartens hugely attribute to child development. The programmes are written by educators in collaboration with kindergarten's team of experts and have to be approved by the Ministry of Science and Education – Education and Teacher Training Agency. The objective of the research was to establish the percentage of children who are involved in kinesiology activities programmes in kindergartens.
