Abstract

Nije moguće ne primijetiti ogroman napredak tehnologije u 21. st., koji je uzrok mnogih promjena. Neupitna je činjenica da je zavladao sjedilački način života u svim aspektima društvenog života, od radnih mjesta, do provođenja slobodnog vremena. Takav način života utječe na i mišićno-koštani sustav, također utječe na psihičko, emocionalno i fizičko stanje čovjeka. Uzimajući to sve u obzir ne smije se izostaviti uloga kretanja. Jedan od glavnih problema današnjice je nedovoljna tjelesna aktivnost koja se smatra odgovornom za nastanak drugih problema koje se namću u društvu, kao što su razvoj bolesti ili prekomjerna tjelesna težina. Kretanje je posebno važno za djecu, pogotovo onu najmlađe dobi u razvoju, kada jačaju kosti i mišiće. Ulogu tjelesnog kretanja djeci je važno približiti kroz odgojno-obrazovni koncept. Danas, razvijanje svjestnosti djece omogućeno je lako dostupnim kineziološkim sadržajima i koristima kineziološke aktivnosti na njihovo zdravlje, ali u skladu s njihovim potrebama, željama, i mogućnostima. Ovim pristupom oni će slobodno vrijeme iskoristiti kretajući se, igrajući se s prijateljima te će imat manje vremena za svijet ispunjen virtualnim igricama i posljedice koje on donosi te će samim time razvijati i poboljšavati socijalizaciju koja im je bitna u daljnjem životnom rastu i razvoju.

Abstract (english)

It is impossible not to notice the significant advances in technology in the 21st century, which are leading to various changes. It is an indisputable fact that a sedentary lifestyle and virtualization has prevailed, from jobs, occupations to spending free time. Apart from the fact that such a way of life affects the skeletal and muscular system, it also affects the emotional, physical and social condition of a person. Taking into account all the above facts, the role of movement must not be forgotten. Movement is especially important for children, especially the youngest ones who are growing and developing, for whom movement is necessary to strengthen muscles. It is crucial to introduce children to the role of physical movement through the educational aspect. The child's natural need to move should be enabled, but it should also be directed in the right way. The availability of many kinesiological contents today enables children to develop awareness of the impact and usefulness of kinesiological activity on their health, but in accordance with their wishes, needs and possibilities. With such an approach, they will use their free time moving, will have less time for the virtual world and the consequences it brings, and will develop their socialization, which is extremely important to them in further life growth and maturation.
