Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je utvrditi postoji li razlika u motoričkim sposobnostima djece predškolske dobi s obzirom na uključenost u vrtićke sportske programe. Istraživanje je provedeno na 30-ero djece, od kojih pola pohađa integrirani sportski program, a pola redovni vrtićki program. Dob djece koja su sudjelovala u istraživanju je od 5 do 6 godina. Mjereno je šest motoričkih sposobnost: ravnoteža, koordinacija, brzina, eksplozivna snaga, repetitivna snaga i fleksibilnost. Djeca koja su uključena u integrirani sportski program bila su bolja u testu repetitivne snage, brzine i koordinacije. U ostalim testovima djeca sportaši također pokazuju bolje rezultate prema aritmetičkim sredinama, ali razlika nije statistički značajna.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis was to determine if there is a difference in the motor abilities of preschool children with regards to involvement in kindergarten sports programs. The research was conducted on 30 children, half of whom attend an integrated sports program and the other half attend a regular kindergarten program. The age of the children who participated in the research is from 5 to 6 years. Six motor skills were measured: balance, coordination, speed, explosive strength, repetitive strength and flexibility. The children included in the integrated sports program had better results in testing repetitive strength, speed and coordination. In other tested areas, children included in a sports program also had better results according to arithmetic mean, but the difference is not statistically significant.
