Abstract

Autistični poremećaj je primarni poremećaj iz autističnog spektra koji se javlja u djetinjstvu, obično tijekom prve tri godine djetetova života, ali se može manifestirati i kasnije. Taj je poremećaj po svojoj prirodi zbog nastanka i manifestacija vrlo složen. Kod autizma nema remisije ili povrata, odnosno poremećaj je ravnomjeran u svojem tijeku i intenzitetu. Manifestacije poremećaja je široka, ali se kod sve djece s autizmom javljaju poremećaji socijalne interakcije, poremećaji verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije, ograničene aktivnosti i interesi te različite motoričke smetnje i stereotipije. Autistična djeca se suočavaju s različitim poteškoćama, pa je svakom autističnom djetetu potreban individualan pristup. Odabire se terapije u skladu s djetetovim poteškoćama. Pravilna dijagnoza i terapija omogućavaju autističnoj djeci da vode i relativno normalan ili normalan život. Ipak, za veći broj djece i odraslih s autizmom prognoza je loša i oni često ovise o drugim osobama iz svoje blizine.
Djeca s autizmom uključuju se u redovni obrazovni sustav, pa tako i u predškolske ustanove, i to u redovne ili posebne skupine. Danas se nastoji ne pridodavati autističnu djecu tom sustavu i prilagodbi te djece sustavu, nego inkluziji, odnosno uključivanju autistične djece u redovni obrazovni sustav i prilagodbi sustava toj djeci. Za uspjeh procesa inkluzije važan je pozitivan stav svih sudionika koji sudjeluju u tom procesu, a posebno pozitivan stav odgojitelja. Istraživanja o uspješnosti inkluzije autistične djece pokazala su da su mogućnosti uspostavljanja prijateljstva autistične djece i djece bez poteškoća u razvoju ohrabrujuće.

Abstract (english)

Autistic disorder is a primary disorder of the autistic spectrum that occurs in childhood, usually during the first three years of age, but it may manifest later. This disorder is by its nature due to the development and manifestation of very complex. In autism there is no remission or return, which means that disorder is steady in its course and intensity. Events disorder is wide, but in all children with autism occur disorders of social interaction, impaired verbal and nonverbal communication, limited activities and interests, and various motor disturbances and stereotypes. Autistic children are faced with various difficulties, but every autistic child needs an individual approach and selected treatment in accordance with the child's difficulties. Proper diagnosis and treatment allow autistic children to lead a relatively normal or normal life. However, for many children and adults with autism prognosis is poor and they often depend on others from his presence.
Children with autism are included in the mainstream education system, including in pre-schools, in regular or special groups. Today autistic children are trying not to add that children in system or adaptat of these children to the system, already than inclusion, or the inclusion of autistic children in the regular education system and adapting the system to those kids. For the success of the process of inclusion it is important positive attitude of all participants in this process, especially of educators. Research on the effectiveness of inclusion of autistic children have shown that the possibility of being friends of autistic children and children without developmental difficulties encouraging.
