Abstract

Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi razinu motoričkih sposobnosti i razlike prema stupnju uhranjenosti kod učenika primarnog obrazovanja. U istraživanju je sudjelovao 91 učenik, od čega 45 dječaka i 46 djevojčica. Uzorak varijabli u ovom istraživanju sastojao se od antropometrijskih mjera: tjelesna visina, tjelesna težina, omjer opsega struka i bokova. Motoričke sposobnosti mjerene su skupom od četiri motorička testa: Taping rukom, Skok u dalj s mjesta, Podizanje trupa i Trčanje 10x5 metara. Kod istraživanog uzorka vidljivo je da su učenici koji imaju normalan status uhranjenosti pokazali značajno bolje rezultate u prostoru eksplozivne i repetitivne snage od učenika koji su pretili. Temeljem analiziranih rezultata istraživanja može se zaključiti da učenici koji su pretili imaju slabije razvijene motoričke sposobnosti te se najveće razlike očituju u sposobnostima koje zahtijevaju pokretnost vlastitog tijela.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this research is to determine the level of motor skills and the differences according to nutritional status among primary school students. The study involved 91 students, of which 45 were boys and 46 were girls. The sample of variables in this research consisted of anthropometric measures: body height, body weight, and waist-to-hip ratio. Motor skills were measured using a set of four motor tests: Hand Tapping, Standing Long Jump, Sit-Ups, and 10x5 Meter Shuttle Run. In the studied sample, it is evident that students with a normal nutritional status showed significantly better results in the area of explosive and repetitive strength compared to students who are obese. Based on the analyzed research results, it can be concluded that obese students have less developed motor skills, and the greatest differences are observed in abilities that require body mobility.
