Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog rada je predstaviti rukomet, koji je je timski sport koji nudi mnoštvo prednosti djeci predškolske dobi, uključujući razvoj motoričkih vještina, socijalnu interakciju i timski duh. Važan aspekt rukometne igre je pravilan uvod u sport, koji uključuje upoznavanje s osnovnim konceptima kao što su timski rad i poštivanje pravila. Kroz igru i zabavne aktivnosti, djeca će se upoznati s osnovnim vještinama rukometa, poput hvatanja, dodavanja i šutiranja lopte. Igra se prilagođava dječjoj dobi i razumijevanju, potičući razvoj tjelesne aktivnosti, koordinacije, ravnoteže i koncentracije. Rukomet potiče i socijalno uključivanje, interakciju s vršnjacima i razvoj komunikacijskih vještina. Važno je naglasiti da je fokus rukometa u predškolskoj dobi na igri i zabavi, potičući djecu na aktivan životni stil i razvijanje interesa za sport i tjelesnu aktivnost. Uvođenje elemenata rukometa u predškolskoj dobi nudi niz benefita za fizički, psihološki i socijalni razvoj djece. Uz pravilan pristup i prilagođavanje, s naglaskom na timski rad i poštivanje pravila, rukomet postaje zabavna i edukativna aktivnost koja potiče zdrave navike i ljubav prema sportu.

Abstract (english)

The final paper is to present handball, a team sport that offers numerous benefits to preschool-aged children, including the development of motor skills, social interaction, and team spirit. An important aspect of the handball game is the proper introduction to the sport, which includes familiarizing children with basic concepts such as teamwork and respect for rules. Through play and fun activities, children will be introduced to fundamental handball skills, such as catching, passing, and shooting the ball. The game is adapted to the children's age and understanding, encouraging the development of physical activity, coordination, balance, and concentration. Handball also promotes social inclusion, interaction with peers, and the development of communication skills. It is important to emphasize that the focus of handball at the preschool age is on play and fun, encouraging children to lead an active lifestyle and develop an interest in sports and physical activity. Introducing elements of handball at the preschool age offers a range of benefits for the physical, psychological, and social development of children. With the right approach and adaptation, with an emphasis on teamwork and respect for rules, handball becomes a fun and educational activity that fosters healthy habits and a love for sports.
