Abstract

U ovom radu ću pokušati objasniti što je to pretilost, koji su uzroci pretilosti, prevencija te kako pomoći djetetu s pretilošću. Pretilost predstavlja veliki problem koji se u zadnjih nekoliko godina sve češće počeo širiti i među djecom i mladima. Cilj i svrha ovog rada s temom „Pretilost djece predškolske dobi“ jest pojasniti sam pojam pretilosti, važnost tjelesne aktivnosti, zdrave i uravnotežene prehrane. Važno je znati da prevencija pretilosti kreće od samog planiranja i prehrane u trudnoći. Ubrzan način života, nezdrava prehrana i nedovoljno tjelesne aktivnosti glavni su uzroci pretilosti djece.

Abstract (english)

In this work I will try to explain what obesity is, what are the causes of obesity, prevention and how to help a person with obesity. Obesity is a big problem that has been spreading more and more among children and young people over the last few years. The aim and purpose of this work, "Obesity of Preschool Age Children" is to become aware of the very notion of obesity, the importance of physical activity, healthy and balanced diet. It is important to know that obesity prevention goes from the planning of pregnancy itself. Accelerated lifestyle, unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity are the main causes of obesity.
