Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je opisati ritmičko-sportsku gimnastiku i njen utjecaj na dječji razvoj. Kao pripadnica „elementarnih“ sportova predstavlja jednu od najpogodnijih aktivnosti za cjeloviti tjelesni i psihički razvoj djeteta. U radu će se opisati njezino podrijetlo te mogućnost primjene u radu sa djecom predškolske dobi. Koje vježbe primjenjivati, koje rekvizite koristiti i u kolikoj mjeri. Također će se govoriti i o utjecaju akrobatike i baleta na ritmičko-sportsku gimnastiku te način kako ih uvesti na sat tjelesne kulture. Na samome kraju biti će ponuđeni primjeri organiziranja sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture za sve vrtićke dobne skupine.

Abstract (english)

This paper will be devoted to rhythmic-sports gymnastics and its impact on children's development. As a member of "elementary" sports, rhythmic-sports gymnastics is one of the most suitable activities for the complete physical and psychological development of the child. This paper will be focused on origins and the possibility of applying it to work with preschool children, describing which exercises to apply, which props to use and to what extent. There will be also some discussion about the impact of acrobatics and ballet on rhythmic-sports gymnastics and how to include them to the P.E. At the very end an examples of organizing classes of P.E. for all kindergarten groups will be presented.
