Abstract

Glavni cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi utječe li razina kineziološke i tjelesne aktivnosti učenika na njihov antropološki status. Antropološki status čine organizirani sustavi svih sposobnosti, motoričkih informacija, osobina i njihovi međuodnosi. U antropološka obilježja ulaze antropometrijske karakteristike, funkcionalne, motoričke i kognitivne sposobnosti, osobine ličnosti i socijalni status pojedinca. Istraživanje je provedeno u jednoj zagrebačkoj osnovnoj školi u dva četvrta razreda. Uzorak ispitanika bio je 34 učenika prosječne dobi deset i jedanaest godina. Uzorak varijabli bili su šest motoričkih testova, antropometrijske karakteristike i upitnik za procjenu razine ukupne tjelesne aktivnosti djece mlađe školske dobi. Učenicima su mjerene tjelesna visina i težina, indeks tjelesne mase te neke od motoričkih sposobnosti poput fleksibilnosti, koordinacije, eksplozivnosti, repetitivne dinamogene sposobnosti očitovanja snage, dinamogene sposobnosti očitovanja brzine i dinamogene sposobnosti izdržljivosti u očitovanju snage. Ispitivanje je vršeno na nastavi tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture. Za potvrđivanje osnovnog cilja istraživanja i ispitivanje postavljenih hipoteza ovog rada korištene su metode obrade podataka: deskriptivna statistika, izračunat je Pearsonov koeficijent korelacije te je testirana normalnost distribucije svih mjerenja Koglomorov-Smirnovljevim testom. Obradom podataka dobiveni rezultati pokazali su da je razina kineziološke i tjelesne aktivnosti učenika povezana s indeksom tjelesne mase, koordinacijom, dinamogenom sposobnosti izdržljivosti u očitovanju snage i eksplozivnošću. Motoričke sposobnosti: dinamogena sposobnost očitovanja brzine, repetitivna dinamogena sposobnost očitovanja snage i fleksibilnost nisu statistički značajno povezane s razinom kineziološke i tjelesne aktivnosti učenika. Razlog tome može biti veća genetička predodređenost navedenih motoričkih sposobnosti.

Abstract (english)

The main objective of this study was to determine the influence of dimensions of anthropological status. Anthropological status consists of organized system of all abilities, motor information, characteristics and their interrelationships. The inputs anthropological characteristics anthropometric characteristics, functional, motor and cognitive skills, personality and social status of the individual. The research was carried out on one Zagreb's elementary school in two fourth grades. The pattern of respondents included 34 children average aged ten to eleven years. The sample of variables consisted of six motor skills tests, anthropometric characteristics and the questionnaire for assessment of overall level of physical activity of younger school children. Students were measured height and weight, body mass index and some of the motor skils such as flexibility, coordination, explosive power, seeding endurance, speed and strength. The research was conduct on physical education in young school age. In order to determine the main objective and testing hypotheses of this study, the following methods were used for data processing: descriptive statatistics, calculated Pearson’s correlation coefficient and it is tested for normality ditribution of all measurments Koglomorov-Smirnov test. The results of data process have established that the court level of kinesiology and physical activity students is associated with body mass index, coordination, seeding endurance and explosive power. Motor skills: speed, repetitive strength and flexibility are not statistically significantly associated with the level of kinesiology and physical activity of students. The reason for this may be a greater genetic predisposition listed motor skills.
