Abstract

U ovom radu biti će riječi o povezanosti odgoja, odgojiteljica/a kao sekundarnih izvršitelja odgoja i rodnih uloga. Povezanost odgoja i rodnih uloga donosi nam širu sliku definiranja ljudskog bića. Postepeno iznosivši teoriju o radu odgojiteljica/a uzimajući u obzir postupanje prema djeci s obzirom na rod iznijeti će se problematika vezana uz posljedice nametanja rodnog identiteta djeci. Nameću li odgojiteljice/i svjesno rodne uloge u neposrednom radu ili nesvjesno svojim ponašanjem potiču ono što je povijest oblikovala kao ulogu muškarca i žene u društvu još od najranije dobi biti će pojašnjeno teorijskom analizom termina vezanih uz odgoj, filozofiju odgoja i rodnu tematiku. Odgoj čini temelj izgrađivanja čovjeka u njegovim ljudskim odlikama, omogućuje ljudsko oblikovanje svakog čovjeka kako bi postao cjelovito biće. U suvremenom svijetu u odgoju uz primarne skrbnike-roditelje, veliku ulogu čine odgojiteljice/i koji organiziraju i potiču socijalne aktivnosti i igre unutar sustava predškolske ustanove, u kojima djeca razvijaju vlastiti identitet i postepeno se oblikuju kao ljudska bića. Razdvajanjem osnovnih termina, spola i roda donosi se problematika uloge žena i uloge muškaraca u društvu. U suvremenom svijetu društvena uloga žene postaje sve kompleksnija te kroz povijest doživljava veliku transformaciju. Razumijevanje rodnih uloga od strane odgojiteljica/a omogućiti će jedan korak naprijed prema odgovoru na pitanje namećemo li djeci uloge te da li razlikama u odgoju zakidamo ljudskost pojedinog bića? Ako svjesno ili nesvjesno oblikujemo svoje misli, riječi i ponašanja prema spolu djeteta degradiramo li mogućnost potpunog sazrijevanja čovjeka i ostvarenja svih njegovih kapaciteta?

Abstract (english)

This paper will discuss the relationship between care, education, preschool educators as secondary educators and gender roles. The linkage between care, education and gender roles brings us a wider picture of defining the human being. Gradually speaking, the theory of the work of the educator taking into account the treatment of children in relation to the gender will raise the issue of the consequences of imposing gender identity on children. Whether the educators consciously raise their gender roles in their immediate work or unconsciously by their behavior encourage what history has shaped as a role of male and female in society from the earliest age it will be clarified by theoretical analysis of terms related to care and education, the philosophy of education and the gender theme. Care and education are the foundation of building a human in his human facets, enabling human formatting of every human being to become a full human. In the modern world, in care and education with the primary caretakers-parents, big role have preschool teachers who organize and encourage social activities and games within the system of preschool where children develop their own identity and gradually become human beings. Breaking down basic terms, sex and gender brings up the issues of women's role and the role of a men in society. In the contemporary world, the social role of women is becoming more complex and, through history, is experiencing a great transformation. Understanding the gender roles of the preschool teachers will provide one step foward in answering the question of whether children are imposed and whether we differentiate in care and education by interdicting the humanity of a particular being? If we consciously or unconsciously shape our thoughts, words, and behaviors according to the sex of the child, do we consider degrading the possibility of complete maturity of man and achievement of all his capacities?
