Abstract Škola je ustanova koja brine o obrazovanju društva već stoljećima. Tijekom godina školstvo se uvelike mijenjalo jer su zahtjevi društva bili sve veći. Škola danas priprema učenike za daljnje školovanje, daje učenicima osnovno obrazovanje koje im je potrebno kako bi se dalje obrazovali. Ali potrebe društva, odnosno djece sve su veće. Zato je potrebno učenicima dati veću slobodu za izražavanjem kako bi bili kreativniji. Takvu slobodu učitelji mogu učenicima dati vodeći izvannastavne i izvanškolske aktivnosti, ali i kroz redovnu nastavu. Nadalje, učenici svoje znanje i kompetencije, koje su usvojili, žele prikazati drugima. Zato škole barem jednom na godinu organiziraju školske priredbe. Školske priredbe su predstave kulturno-zabavnog karaktera koje se odvijaju u školama za blagdane ili određene događaje važne za školu. Organiziraju se za učenike, roditelje te ostale djelatnike škole i ostalu publiku izvan škole. Učitelji i učenici zajedno organiziraju školske priredbe kako bi prikazali što su naučili tijekom određenog perioda. Postavlja se pitanje, organiziraju li učitelji školske priredbe u školama te kako organiziraju priredbe. Kako bi se dobio odgovor na to pitanje, napravljeno je istraživanje na 136 učitelja i učiteljica razredne nastave (N=136) u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ciljevi istraživanja bili su prikazati kako se organiziraju školske priredbe, kakvi su uvjeti za organizaciju, koliki je odaziv društva na školskim priredbama, ima li potrebe za literaturom koja bi pomogla u organizaciji, te kako školske priredbe utjeću na učenikov razvoj. Istraživanje se provodilo putem online anketnog upitnika. Nakon analize podataka utvrdilo se da učitelji i učiteljice razredne nastave često organiziraju školske priredbe i da školske priredbe pozitivno utjeću na učenikov razvoj.
Abstract (english) School is the institution which worries about education of society for centuries. Over the years, education has been changing a lot because society requirements was becoming bigger and bigger. Nowadays, school prepares students for further education, gives them basic education which they need to be educated further. But, need of society, propos kids bedomes bigger. For that reason, it is necessary to give students more freedom to exspress themselvesso they can be more cerative. That kind of freedom, teachers can give them by guiding extracurricular activities and out-of-school acitivities but also in regular classes. Further, students wants to show others their knowledge which they have gained. For that reason, schoolsat least oncea year organize school events. School events are cultural-entertaining character preformances which take place in school for holidaysor certain occasion important for school. They are organized for students, parents, school staff and other audience. Students and teachers organize school events together to show what they have learned during specific period. The question arises, does the teachers organize school events and how they do it. To get answer on that question, there was a research made on 136 teachers (N=136) of classroom teaching in Croatia. Research goals were to show how school events have been organized, what were the condition for organization, how much was the society response for school events, were there needs for literature which could help in organization and how the school events affest on students development. Research was carried through online questionnaire. After data analysis, it´s showed that teachersof classroom classes often organize school events and that they positively affects on students develpoment.
