Abstract

Poznavanje karakteristika razvoja djece predškolske dobi vrlo je važno, kako bismo pravilno utjecali na njegov razvoj. Svako dijete ima svoj individualan ritam razvoja. Poznavajući karakteristike razvoja djece, znat ćemo što podržavati, što poticati i što možemo očekivati u određenoj dobi djeteta.Kretanje je jedna od osnovnih potreba ljudskog organizma pa tako i organizma svakog djeteta. Bez dovoljne količine kretanja nije moguć normalan tjelesni, emocionalni i socijalni razvoj djeteta.Motorički razvoj djeteta ne možemo promatrati izolirano, već ga moramo gledati kroz skladan fizički, motorički, emocionalni i kognitivni razvoj. U ovom radu opisane su karakteristike rasta i razvoja djece predškolske dobi i motoričke sposobnosti među kojima je i izdržljivosti. Također je opisan motorički razvoj djece predškolske dobi te važnost tjelesnog kretanja u ranoj dobi. S ciljem utvrđivanja razine razvijenosti izdržljivosti šestogodišnjaka, mjerenje je provedeno uz pomoć testa Trčanje u trajanju od 60 sekundi i 90 sekundi. Mjerenje se odvijalo tri dana za redom u dječjem vrtiću„Ribica“ u Žabniku, u Međimurskoj županiji. U tom procesu sudjelovalo je 30-ero djece iz starije odgojno-obrazovne skupine. Analizom pouzdanosti testa pokazalo se da je test F90 zadovoljavajući te se može koristiti za daljnja istraživanja, za razliku od testa F60 koji se nije pokazao valjanim.

Abstract (english)

Knowing the characteristics of the development of preschool children is very important in order to be able to properly influence its development. Every child has its own individual rhythm of development. By knowing the characteristics of child development we will know what to support, what to encourage and what to expect at a certain age of a child. Movement is one of the basic needs of the human organism, as well as it is of every child. Normal physical, emotional and social development of a child is not possible without the sufficient amount of movement. The motor development of a child cannot be seen isolated, but must be observed through harmonious physical, motor, emotional and cognitive development. This paper describes the characteristics of the growth and development of pre-school children and motor skills, including endurance. Motor development of preschool children is also described, as well as the importance of physical movement at an early age. In order to determine the developmental level of endurance at six-year-olds, the measurement was performed with the help of the test Run Test for 60 seconds and 90 seconds. The measurement took place three days in a row at the kindergarten "Ribica" in Žabnik, in Međimurje County. Thirty children from the older educational group participated in this process. By testing the reliability of the test, the F90 test was satisfactory and could be used for further research, unlike the F60 test which was not valid.
