Abstract

Ciljevi ovog istraživanja bili su ispitati situacije u kojima studenti Učiteljskog fakulteta doživljavaju stanje zanesenosti u akademskim aktivnostima, razliku u vrstama situacija koje izazivaju zanesenost između studenata i studentica treće i pete godine studija te ispitati koliko su te akademske aktivnosti izazovne i u kojoj mjeri studenti i studentice za njih imaju potrebne vještine. Istraživanje je provedeno na Učiteljskom fakultetu u Zagrebu, a sudjelovalo je 203 studenata i studentica. Od ukupno 203 ispitanika, 126 ih je treća godina studija, a 77 ih je peta godina studija. Rezultati su pokazali da ispitanici doživljavaju zanesenost najčešće u aktivnostima pripreme i održavanja nastave, tijekom učenja i pripreme za ispit te tijekom različitih specifičnih aktivnosti. Pritom, postoji razlika između aktivnosti koje izazivaju zanesenost kod ispitanika treće i pete godine, a razlog tome je vjerojatno raznolik sadržaj na studiju koji nije jednak na svakoj godini. Također, ispitanici navedene aktivnosti smatraju visoko izazovnima te imaju visoku razinu vještina i znanja potrebnih za obavljanje tih aktivnosti.

Abstract (english)

The aims of this study were to examine situations in which students of Faculty of Teacher Education experience flow in academic activities, the difference between situations that cause flow between the third and the fifth year of faculty education and to examine how much are these activities challenging and how much skills do students have for them. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Education in Zagreb, and the participants were 203 faculty students. Out of 203 students, 126 are third year and 77 are fifth year students. The results of this study showed that students experience flow mostly during teaching and preparation for teaching, while studying and preparing for an exam and during some specific activities. So, there is a difference between the activities that cause flow between the third and the fifth year students, and the reason for that is most probably varied content during faculty education. Also, the participants think of these activities as highly challenging as well as they think that they have highly developed skills necessary to fulfill them.
