Abstract Partnerski odnosi između obitelji i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove smatraju se izuzetno važnim za cjelokupan rast i razvoj djeteta. Da bi partnerski odnos bio ostvaren, potrebni su i preduvjeti njegova ostvarenja, a to su ravnopravnost odgojitelja i obitelji, aktivno slušanje, tolerancija, međusobno poštovanje i uvažavanje te zajednička motiviranost i volja za suradnjom i za ostvarivanjem dobrobiti djeteta. Svaki odgojitelj, kao i obitelj treba sa svoje strane, pokazati puno želje i motivacije za učinkovitom suradnjom (Stevanović, 2003). Za postizanje kvalitetne suradnje i partnerstva između obitelji i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove bitna je aktivna uključenost obitelji i odgojitelja, pozitivan stav, puno truda, rada i energije kako bi se postigao željeni rezultat, a to je dobrobit djeteta i njegov socijalni, emocionalni i fizički razvoj. Vrtić i obiteljski dom su prva dva najbitnija okruženja u kojima dijete provodi najviše vremena i zato je važno da sudionici tih dviju zajednica kvalitetno surađuju, međusobno se poštuju, uvažavaju mišljenja jedni drugih i učestalo komuniciraju. Pri svemu tome treba polaziti od zajedničke odgovornosti za pravilan odgoj djece predškolske dobi. Roditelji odgojitelju u vrtiću pomažu na više načina: upoznaju odgojitelja sa osnovnim navikama djeteta, interpretiraju svoje kulturne i civilizacijske sudove koje žele prenijeti na svoje dijete, pomažu u izgradnji pojedinih didaktičkih materijala, sudjeluju u ostvarivanju programskih sadržaja (Stevanović, 2003). Redovita dvosmjerna komunikacija služi za izmjenu informacija o djetetovim individualnim potrebama i razvojnom napredovanju. Roditelji se od strane odgojitelja informiraju o promjenama i mnogim drugim stvarima koje se događaju unutar grupe (Stevanović, 2003). U ovom radu pod nazivom “Suradnja obitelji i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove“ pobliže ću objasniti pojmove obitelji, odgojnoobrazovne ustanove, djelatnika vrtića te suradnju i njezine oblike.
Abstract (english) Partnership between family and kindergarten is considered to be of the utmost importance to child's upbringing and growth. Mutual respect and appreciation, equality, active listening, dialogue, responsibility, energy and time of all participans have to be invested so as to realize the common goal in that partnership. Every educator, as well as the family needs to show a lot of desire and motivation for the effective partnership (Stevanović, 2003). To achieve quality co-operation and partnership between family and the educational community there is an active involement of the family and educators, a positive attitude, a loto f effort, work and energy in order to achieve the desired result which is the welfare of the child and his social, emotional and physical upbringing. The kindergarten and family home are the first two most important environments in which the child is soending the most of his time so that is important that participants of these two communities cooperate well, respect each other, respect the opinions of each other and communicate frequently. We should be taken from common responsibility for the proper upbringing of preschool children. Parents in kindergarten are helping educator in many ways: they inform the educator about basic habits of their child, their interpreting their cultural and civilizational courts, they are helping in building some didactic materials and they participate in the realization of program content (Stevanović, 2003). Regular two-way communication is used to exchange information about child' individual needs and upbringing. The educator informs parents about changes and many other things zhat are happening in kindergarten group (Stevanović, 2003). In this work, entitled “Partnership between family and educational community“ I will explain in more detail the term of family, kindergarten, educators, partnership and its forms.
