Abstract

Ljudi vrlo često instinktivno slušaju neku glazbu vjerujući da će ona učiniti da se osjećaju bolje, učiniti ih sretnim, djelovati smirujuće ili sl. Glazba je jedno od najboljih sredstava opuštanja i smirivanja, pogotovo za djecu kojoj je glazba, glazbene igre i ples prirodne, privlačne i prihvatljive. Zbog tih razloga glazba sve više postaje ciljano i priznato sredstvo profesionalne terapije. Ona potiče uključenost cijelog tijela, socijalizaciju, emocionalni i kognitivni razvoj, te pridonosi zdravlju i kvaliteti života. Ples se javlja uz glazbu, kao medij za poticanje i razvoj različitih sposobnosti ili njihovu rehabilitaciju. Prilikom izvođenja plesnih pokreta (kod djeteta) potiče se razvoj funkcionalnih, motoričkih te psihosocijalnih sposobnosti, postiže se integracija cijelog tijela. Ples proizvodi učinak sličan glazbi. Terapija glazbom se najčešće primjenjuje kod djece s teškoćama u razvoju. Također se najviše istražuje kao metoda rada s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju. Stoga će se dati poseban prikaz tehnika i aktivnosti terapije glazbom u radu s tom djecom. S druge strane, stajališta smo da terapija glazbom i glazba općenito imaju poticajan učinak na razvoj sve djece i trebala bi se više primjenjivati kao metoda rada u odgojno obrazovnim ustanovama. Sve prikazane metode rada i aktivnosti preporučuju se odgojnim djelatnicima bez obzira s kojom djecom rade.

Abstract (english)

People often instinctively start listening music believing that it will make them feel better, make them happy, calm, etc. Music is one of the best means of relaxation, especially for children whose music, music games and dance are exceptionally natural, attractive and acceptable. Because of these reasons, music is increasingly used as a targeted and recognized professional therapy tool. It encourages the involvement of the whole body, socialization, emotional and cognitive development, and contributes to the health and quality of life.
Dance occurs with music, as a medium for encouraging and developing different abilities or their rehabilitation. When performing dance movements (in a child), the development of functional, motoric and psychosocial abilities is promoted, the whole body is achieved. Dance produces a similar effect to music. Musical therapy is most commonly used and explored as a method of working with children with developing disabilities. Thereforea special view will be given of the techniques and activities of music therapy in working with these children. On the other hand, it is our view that music therapy and music in general have a stimulating effect on development for all children and should be more widely used as a working method in educational institutions. All the methods and activities presented are recommended to educators regardless of the children they are working with.
