Abstract

Obrazovni i gospodarski sustav oduvijek su bili povezani, a njihova međuovisnost razvojem društva se mijenjala. Razvoj obrazovanja prikazan je kroz kontekst razvoja društva i proizvodnje, s posebnim naglaskom na mikroekonomske teorije čiji su učinci vidljivi u tradicionalnim i suvremenim obrazovnim sustavima. Specifičnosti ekonomije razmjera u pružanju obrazovnih usluga prikazane su iz perspektive strukture organizacije i njene kvalitete. Temeljem prikazanog razjašnjava se može li se efekt ekonomije razmjera iskoristiti u odgoju i obrazovanju, a da se ne naruši kvaliteta obrazovnih izlaza. Potreba za transformacijom obrazovnih sustava stavljena je u kontekst društva znanja čiji je napredak temeljen na novim tehnologijama, a time i sveobuhvatnim promjenama obrazovnog sustava kako bi odgovarao potrebama društva i pojedinca.

Abstract (english)

The educational and economic systems have always been linked, and their interdependence has changed with the development of society. Development of education is presented through the context of social development and production, with particular emphasis on microeconomic theories whose effects are visible in traditional and contemporary education systems. The specifics of economies of scale educational service provision are presented from the perspective of the structure of the organization and its quality. Based on the above, it clarifies whether the effect of economies of scale can be used in education without compromising the quality of educational outputs. The need to transform educational systems has been put in the context of a knowledge society whose progress is based on new technologies and, consequently, comprehensive changes to the education system to suit the needs of society and the individual.
