Abstract

Ovaj rad započinje opisivanjem kako je Amerikanac William G. Morgan stvorio igru pod nazivom minonette, koju danas nazivamo odbojka. U kratkim crtama govori se o tome kako se odbojka razvijala kroz povijest, u svijetu i u Hrvatskoj, sve do danas. Odbojka je igra, odnosno sport u kojem je vrlo bitna tehnika. U odbojci se pod tehnikom podrazumijeva skup elemenata odbojkaške igre koji su potrebni za rješavanje konkretnih taktičkih zadataka u različitim situacijama tijekom igre. Odbojkaške tehnike su tehnike napada i tehnike obrane, a unutar tih tehnika postoje različiti tehničko - taktički elementi kao što su: servis, prijem servisa, dizanje, smeč, blok, obrana polja i kontranapad. Svaki element je posebno objašnjen u radu. U nastavku rada govori se o odbojci kao izvannastavnoj aktivnosti i što sve ona omogućava učenicima. Izvannastavne aktivnosti su aktivnosti koje škola planira, programira, organizira i realizira, a u koju se učenik samostalno, neobvezno i dobrovoljno uključuje. Izvannastavne aktivnosti nisu obvezne za učenike, ali se učenicima mogu priznati kao ispunjavanje obaveza u školi. Učitelj i učenici koji sudjeluju u tim aktivnostima imaju neke obaveze koje trebaju ispuniti. Učitelj prati rad i trud učenika te sve evidentira u odgovarajuću dokumentaciju za izvannastavne aktivnosti. Sadržaj izvannastavne aktivnosti odbojke je slobodan i fleksibilan. Stoga učitelji slobodno mogu prilagođavati sadržaj mogućnostima učenika. Učenici od izvannastavnih aktivnosti imaju mnogobrojne koristi. Učitelji koji vode izvannastavnu aktivnost odbojka ovdje mogu pronaći različite vježbe koje će pomoći učenicima da bolje savladaju tehnike odbojkaških elemenata. Na samome kraju prikazani su primjeri nekoliko ispunjenih priprema izvannastavne aktivnosti odbojka.

Abstract (english)

This paper starts with the description of how American William G. Morgan made a game called minonette, which is today called volleyball. Briefly, it is about how volleyball has evolved through history, in the world and in Croatia to this day. Volleyball is a game or a sport where technique is very important. In volleyball technique means a set of volleyball game elements needed to solve specific tactical tasks in different situations during the game. Volleyball techniques are techniques of attack and defense techniques, and within these techniques there are different technical tactical elements such as serve, serve reception, lift, spike, block, defense and counter-attack. In the thesis, each element is explained. Furthermore, the thesis discusses volleyball as an extracurricular activity and all the opportunities it gives to learners. Extracurricular activities are activities that school plans, programs, organizes and accomplishes, in which the learner freely and voluntarily engages. Extracurricular activities are not obligatory for the learners, but they can be recognized as fulfillment of school obligations. Teacher and learners who participate in these activities have certain obligations. The teacher assesses learners' work and effort, records everything on files for extracurricular activities. Content of extracurricular activity volleyball is open and flexible. Therefore, teachers can freely adjust the content to learners' abilities. Learners have numerous benefits from extracurricular activities. Teachers conducting extracurricular activity volleyball, here can find various exercises that will help learners master the techniques of volleyball elements. At the end, examples of several lesson plans for extracurricular activity volleyball.
