Abstract

Ovim radom želi se prikazati evolucijsko-psihološka teorija vođenja, jedna od najnovijih, suvremenih teorija vođenja. Važnost vođenja prepoznata je već u antici, a kao funkcija menadžmenta počinje se proučavati u drugoj polovici 20. stoljeća.1 Neizostavno je na samom početku rada definirati pojam vođenja te dati povijesni pregled teorija vođenja koji će postaviti temelj za daljnje razumijevanje rada. Cilj ovog rada jest istražiti imaju li odgojitelji i studenti ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja stavove prema vođenju koje zastupa evolucijsko-psihološka teorija vođenja. Postavljene su tri glavne hipoteze kojima se istraživačica vodila prilikom sastavljanja i provođenja ankete. Rezultati online ankete statistički su obrađeni te uspoređeni sa postavljenim hipotezama. Koristeći stranu i domaću literaturu autorica će pokušati što detaljnije obraditi odabranu temu.

Abstract (english)

This paper aims to present an evolutionary-psychological theory of leadership, one of the latest theories within the field. The importance of leadership is recognized in the antique period and started to be studied as a function of management in the second half of the 20th century. It is indispensable to define the notion of leadership and historical overview of leadership theories at the beginning of the paper, which will lay out the groundwork for further understanding of the work. The aim of this paper is to investigate teachers and students of early and pre-school education attitudes toward leadership that represent the evolutionary-psychological theory of leadership. There are three major hypotheses by which the researcher was guiding when putting together and conducting the survey. The results of the online survey were statistically analyzed and compared with the hypotheses. Using foreign and domestic literature, the author will try to elaborate on the chosen topic in as much detail as possible
