Abstract

Predmet istraživanja je utvrđivanje aktualnog stanja različitih tipova snage kod djece predškolske dobi u srednjoj dobnoj skupini. Istraživana je repetitivna i eksplozivna snaga djece srednje dobne skupine od treće do pete godine života. Istraživanje je provedeno u tri grada, Zagrebu, Petrinji i Dugoj Resi na uzorku od 47 djece srednje dobne skupine (28 djevojčica i 19 dječaka). Mjerenje je provedeno u 6 varijabli od čega su dvije antropometrijske mjere koje su uključivale tjelesnu visinu (ATV) i tjelesnu masu (ATT). Ostale 4 varijable uključivale su motoričke testove repetitivne i eksplozivne snage. Repetitivna snaga mjerena je sunožnim bočnim preskakivanjem preko užeta koje je položeno na pod u 15 sekundi (SBP) i podizanjem trupa u 30 sekundi (MPT). Eksplozivna snaga mjerena je skokom u dalj s mjesta (MSD) i skokom u vis s mjesta (MSV).

Abstract (english)

The subject of this research was to determine current status of different kinds of strength in pre-school middle age group of children. The research included examining repetitive and explosive strength in middle age children of 3 to 5 years of age. It was conducted in three towns, Zagreb, Petrinja and Duga Resa with a sample of 47 middle age children (28 girls and 19 boys). The measurement was carried out in 6 variables, two of which were anthropometric measures that included body height (ATV) and weight (ATT). Four of the rest variables included motoric tests of repetitive and explosive strength. Repetitive strength was measured by both feet sideways skippng over a rope laid on the floor in 15 seconds (SBP) and body uplift in 30 seconds (MPT). Explosive strength was measured by long jump (MSD) and by high jump (MSV).
