Abstract

Izborni kolegij Zborno pjevanje na Učiteljskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu izvodi se već duzi niz godina. Na početku svake akademske godine studenti izabiru izborne kolegije, a interes za ovim kolegijem je stabilan, odnosno redovito broji oko 50 članova svih smjerova Učiteljskog fakulteta. Rad pjevačkog zbora koncipiran je na način da se održavaju tjedne probe na kojima se zbor priprema za redovite nastupe, koncerte i gostovanja. Dosadašnja istraživanja o različitim učincima pjevanja u zboru na pojedinca pokazuju kako zborno pjevanje ima pozitivan psihosocijalni učinak i društveni učinak, što je u ovom radu još jednom potvrđuje kroz dva provedena istraživanja.
U istraživanju su sudjelovali sadašnji i bivši studenti Učiteljskog fakulteta koji su pohađali ili pohađaju izborni kolegij Zborno pjevanje. Cilj je prvog istraživanja utvrditi stavove studenata o socijalnim i psihosocijalnim dobrobitima pjevanja u zboru i njihovo osobno mišljenje o važnosti organiziranja kolegija na fakultetu. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da studenti smatraju da kolegij pomaže u razvijanju socijalnih vještina i pjevačkih sposobnosti, da pozitivno djeluje na njihovo samopouzdanje te da se sudjelujući na kolegiju osjećaju kao dio zajednice. Također, smatraju da im kolegij može pomoći u budućem učiteljskom poslu.
Cilj drugog istraživanje, studije slučaja „Putovanje pjevačkog zbora u Dubrovnik i nastup na Sveučilištu u Dubrovniku“ je detaljno prikazati organizaciju i realizaciju gostovanja pjevačkog zbora u Dubrovniku. Zaključuje se da je potrebno organizirati putovanja i nastupe pjevačkog zbora jer na posebne načine pridonose promociji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i Učiteljskog fakulteta te osobnom napretku svakog člana zbora.

Abstract (english)

The Choir Singing elective course at the Faculty of Teacher Education at the University of Zagreb has been held for many years. At the beginning of every academic year students pick elective courses and the interest for this course is stable; there are 50 students from all study programmes every year. The choir meets weekly for practice in order to prepare for regular or guest performances and concerts. Existing research on the effects of choir singing show that it has a positive psychological and social effect on the individual which is once again confirmed by two researches conducted for this paper.
Alumni and current students of the Faculty of Teacher Education who have taken the elective course Choir singing participated in the first research of this paper. The aim of the first research is to determine the attitudes of students on social and psychosocial benefits of choir singing and their personal opinions on the significance of this course. The results show that students consider that the course helps in developing social and vocal skills, has a positive effect on their self esteem and makes them feel as part of a community. Also, students state that this course may help in the their future teaching profession.
The aim of the second research, case study “Choir trip to Dubrovnik and performance at the University of Dubrovnik” was to show in detail the organisation and realisation of the guest performance of the choir in Dubrovnik. It is concluded that choir trips and performances should be organised as they contribute to promoting of the University of Zagreb and the Faculty of Teacher Education as well as the personal progress of every choir member.
