Abstract

Glavni predmet istraživanja u ovom radu bio je provjera razine motoričkih sposobnosti koordinacije i agilnosti djece predškolske dobi u Tae kwon do igraonici. Sposobnosti koordinacije i agilnosti ispitivane su pomoću dva testa za svaku sposobnost. Za sposobnost koordinacije korišteni su testovi trčanje s loptom i krug četveronoške, a za sposobnost agilnosti Hexagon test agilnosti i Zig Zag test agilnosti. Zbog specifičnih uvjeta (Covid – 19) u prvom dijelu istraživanja sudjelovalo je 29-ero djece (10 djevojčica i 19 dječaka) dok je u drugom dijelu istraživanja (nakon popuštanja epidemioloških mjera) ispitan manji broj ispitanika, njih 14 (4 djevojčica i 10 dječaka), podijeljenih u dvije skupine – mlađu i stariju dobnu skupinu. Rezultati t-testa pokazali su značajnu razliku u odnosu na dob djece što se može pripisati duljem periodu treninga što je uvjetovalo poboljšanje njihovih motoričkih sposobnosti i motoričkih znanja.

Abstract (english)

The main object of this paper was to check the level of preschool children`s motor abilities of coordination and agility in a Tae kwon do playroom. Coordination and agility abilities were tested using two tests for each ability. Running with a ball and a four-legged circle were used for coordination ability and Hexagon agility test and Zig Zag agility test were used for agility ability. Due to specific conditions (Covid – 19), 29 children participated in the first part of the study (of which 10 girls and 19 boys), while in the second part of the study (after the easing of restrictive measures regarding Covid-19), the study examined a smaller number of respondents, 14 of them (4 girls and 10 boys), divided into two groups – younger and an older one. The result of the t-test showed a significant difference in relation to the age of the children, which can be attributed to a longer training period, which led to an improvment in their motor skills and motor knowledge.
