Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu ovog završnog rada definiraju se pojmovi prostora, opreme i sredstava u satu kineziološke kulture. U ovom radu opisani otvoreni prostori su igrališta i bazeni, a od zatvorenih prostora opisane su dvorane. Oprema se dijeli na sprave, rekvizite i pomoćno-tehnička sredstva. Sredstva u radu mogu biti vizualna, auditivna, audiovizualna, tekstualna kao i tehnička sredstva i pomagala. U drugom dijelu rada nalazi se provedeno istraživanje. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati stupanj zadovoljstva odgojitelja s materijalnim uvjetima koji im se pružaju u radu te stav o podršci i inovativnost kolega i stručnog tima na radnom mjestu. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 150 odgojitelja iz dječjih vrtića s područja Republike Hrvatske. Anketni upitnik podijeljen je online putem te su zabilježeni rezultati upotrebljeni u svrhu izrade drugog dijela ovog završnog rada. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako većina odgojitelja razmišlja pozitivno i susreće se s podržavajućom okolinom kao i vrlo dobrim uvjetima rada, no neka područja imaju mjesta za napredak i promjenu. Kineziološke aktivnosti na otvorenim površinama i objektima provodi 86% odgojitelja, dok 24,7% odgojitelja ne provodi tjelesno vježbanje s djecom svaki tjedan. Zadovoljajući rezultat pokazuje pitanje na koje je 99,3% odgojitelja odgovorilo da su voljni uvoditi modernije rekvizite i sprave u rad ukoliko im za to bude pružena prilika. S druge strane 74% ispitanih odgojitelja ne prati napredak djece kroz korištenje pomoćno-tehničkih sredstva. U dvorani 62% ispitanika nema dostupan komplet za pružanje prve pomoći te 48% vrtića ne provodi kontrolu tehničke ispravnosti opreme. Spremnosti odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova na kupovinu modernijih sprava i rekvizita većina ispitanika (45,3%) daje srednju ocjenu , isto kao i za brzinu kupovine novih u slučaju puknuća ili dotrajalosti (34,7%). Sigurnost i primjerenost sprava u ustanovi 43,3% ispitanika smatra vrlo dobrim, kao i praktičnost sprava (37,3%).

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of this final paper, they are defined by the notions of space, equipment and means in the kinesiology culture class. The open spaces described in this paper are playgrounds and swimming pools, and the halls are described as indoor spaces. Equipment is divided into devices, props and technical assistance aids. Resources in work can be visual, auditory, audiovisual, textual as well as technical means and aids. In the second part of the paper there is a conducted research. Goal of this research was to examine the degree of satisfaction among teachers with the material conditions that is provided to them in their work and attitude about support and innovation of colleagues and the professional team in the workplace. 150 educators from kindergartens from Republic of Croatia participated in the research. Online survey was distributed and the recorded results were used for the purpose of preparing the second part of this paper. Research has shown that most educators think positively and encounter a supportive environment as well as very good working conditions, but some areas have room for improvement and change. Kinesiological activities in open areas and facilities are performed by 86% of educators, while 24.7% of educators do not perform physical education with children every week. A satisfactory result is shown by the question to which 99.3% of teachers answered that they are willing to introduce modern resources and devices into work if they are given the opportunity to do so. On the other hand, 74% of the surveyed teachers do not monitor the progress of children through the use of technical aids. Also 62% of respondents do not have first aid kid available in the hall and 48% of kindergartens do not check the technical correctness of the equipment The readiness of educational institutions for the purchase of more modern devices and props is at (45.3%) which is giving us middle grade, as well as for the speed of purchasing new ones in case of cracks or wear and tear (34.7%). 43.3% of respondents consider the safety and suitability of devices in the institution to be very good, as well as the practicality of the devices (37.3%).
