Abstract

Predmet ovog istraživanja bilo je utvrđivanje aktualnog stanja različitih tipova snage. Istraživana je eksplozivna i repetitivna snaga djece starije predškolske dobi u rasponu od pete do sedme godine života. Istraživanje je provedeno u tri grada i to u Zagrebu, Petrinji i Dugoj Resi na uzorku od 61 djeteta (33 djevojčice i 28 dječaka). Nezavisne varijable sastavljene su od dvije antropometrijske mjere i uključivale su tjelesnu visinu (ATV) i tjelesnu masu (ATT). Uzorak zavisnih varijabli uključivao je pet motoričkih testova koji se mogu podijeliti u dva slijeda. Prvi korak bio je mjerenje eksplozivne snage skokom u dalj s mjesta (MSD), skokom u vis s mjesta (MSV) i sprint 10 metara (T10), a potom repetitivne snage sunožnim bočnim preskakivanjem konopca 15 sekundi (SBP) te podizanjem trupa 30 sekundi (MPT). Analizom rezultata uočena je nenormalnost distribucije rezultata tjelesne mase djece iz Duge Rese. Utvrđivanjem razlika po spolu Mann-Whitney “U” testom vidljivo je da su dječaci viši i teži od djevojčica te da postižu bolje rezultate u testovima eksplozivne snage tipa horizontalne skočnosti i sprinta. Usporedbom rezultata prema mjestu stanovanja uočena je značajna razlika u visini i masi tijela u korist djece iz Duge Rese u odnosu na djecu iz Zagreba, a u odnosu na djecu iz Petrinje samo u visini tijela. Također su uočene razlike u testovima eksplozivne snage tipa horizontalne skočnosti te repetitivne snage trupa i nogu u korist zagrebačke djece dok su djeca iz Petrinje postigla nešto lošije rezultate. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata zaključuje se da su razlike u nekim od ovdje mjerenim motoričkim sposobnostima između dječaka i djevojčica prisutne od najranije dobi te da razlike prema mjestu stanovanja postoje u korist djece iz Zagreba.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this research was to determine the current state of various types of strength. We investigated the explosive and repetitive strength of group of older preschool age children, ranging from their fifth to seventh year of life. The study was conducted in three cities (Zagreb, Petrinja and Duga Resa) on a sample of 61 children (33 girls and 28 boys). Independent variables are composed of two anthropometric measures which include body height (ATV) and weight (ATT). The pattern of depending variables includes five motor tests which can be divided into two courses. The first step is to measure the explosive strength with the long jump from stance (MSD), high jump from stance (MSV) and with a 10 meter sprint (T10), what is followed by the repetitive strength course starting with side skipping the rope with both feet for 15 seconds (SBP) and with raising the upper body for 30 seconds (MPT). By analyzing the results an abnormality is found in the body mass distribution among the children from Duga Resa. By determining the differences by gender using the Mann-Whitney "U" test, it is evident that boys are heavier and taller than girls and that they achieve better results in the explosive strength tests, in the aspects of horizontal vertical jump and sprint. When comparing results by residential area a noticeable difference in body height and mass is seen in favor of children from Duga Resa, but only in body height when relative to the children from Petrinja. Difference is also seen in tests of explosive strength, such as the horizontal jump and repetitive strength of the upper body and legs, where it is in favor of children from Zagreb while children from Petrinja show the worst results. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion is that there are differences present in motor skills between boys and girls from an early age, and that when taking into account the results for each city there are certain differences which are in favour of children from Zagreb.
