Abstract

Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio ispitati stavove odgajatelja o tjelesnom vježbanju djece, gdje provode kineziološke aktivnosti s djecom te kako te aktivnosti utječu na djecu u ranoj dobi. Za potrebe ovog istraživanja kreiran je on-line anonimni upitnik koji se sastoji od 20 pitanja. Sudjelovalo je 38 ispitanika od kojih je 100 posto žena. Rezultati su pokazali pozitivan stav prema poticanju djece na tjelesne aktivnosti te se slažu da utječu na zdravlje djece. Također, rezultati pokazuju da odgajatelji smatraju kako roditelji trebaju što više svoju djecu poticati na tjelesne aktivnosti te se što više kretati. Nakon pregleda rezultata istraživanja, ispitanici se slažu o važnosti kinezioloških aktivnosti i da bi ih često trebalo provoditi s djecom te smatraju kako one zaista utječu na razvoj djeteta. Također, većina ispitanika se složila kako u dječjim vrtićima nemaju dovoljno sprava i rekvizita za kvalitetno provođenje kinezioloških aktivnosti.

Abstract (english)

The objective of the research was to examine the attitudes of kindergarten teachers on physical exercise for children, where kinesiology activities are performed and how these activities affect children at an early age. For the purposes of this research a 20-question anonymous on-line questionnaire was prepared. 38 participants took part, 100 % of them women.
The results show a positive attitude towards encouraging children to be physically active. Participants agree that such activities do have an effect on children's health. The results further show that kindergarten teaches believe parents should encourage physical activity and movement in their children as much as possible. Reviewing research results has shown that the participants agree on the importance of physical activity and that children should be physically active as much as possible, as well as that physical activity does affect children’s development. Most participants also agree that kindergartens lack sufficient equipment for high-quality physical education.
