Abstract

Baratanje loptom nogama pripada složenim motoričkim vještinama koje od djeteta zahtijevaju skladnije i svrhovitije povezivanje niza pokreta i motoričkih sposobnosti. U prvom dijelu ovoga rada teorijski su opisana antropološka obilježja djece predškolske dobi koja je važno poznavati i uvažavati kod kreiranja i provođenja kinezioloških sadržaja. Nadalje, objašnjena je i podjela motoričkih znanja te proces formiranja motoričke vještine koja omogućuje skladno izvođenje pojedinog motoričkog gibanja. Drugi dio rada opisuje osnovne elemente nogometa koji se mogu provoditi s djecom predškolske dobi, a oni uključuju vođenje, dodavanje i udarac lopte nogom. S obzirom da je igra dominantna aktivnost djeteta putem koje najlakše uči, u ovome je radu prikazano nekoliko igara s loptom, kao i primjer sata tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture koji je usmjeren na razvoj motoričkih znanja za baratanje loptom nogama te se može provoditi u starijoj dobnoj skupini. Ranija istraživanja na ovu temu pokazuju da djeca imaju bolje rezultate u vještini baratanja loptom nogama nakon provedenog programa vježbanja te u većini slučajeva postoji i značajna razlika po spolu u korist dječaka. Vještina baratanja loptom također pozitivno djeluje na usavršavanje motoričkih sposobnosti i osobina kod djece, stoga se ovim radom želi potaknuti na veću uključenost navedenih elemenata u rad s djecom predškolske dobi.

Abstract (english)

Handling the ball with feet belongs to the complex motor skills that require the child to more harmoniously and purposefully connect a series of movements and motor abilities. The first part of this paper theoretically describes the anthropological characteristics of preschool children, which are important to know and respect when creating and implementing kinesiological content. Furthermore, the division of motor skill learning and the process of forming a motor skill that enables the harmonious performance of an individual motor movement are explained. The second part of the paper describes the basic elements of football that can be played with preschool children and these include dribbling, passing and kicking the ball. Since playing is the dominant activity of the child through which he learns most easily, this paper shows several ball games, as well as an example of a physical education class that focuses on the development of motor knowledge for ball handling and can be conducted with preschool children. Previous research of this topic shows that children have better results in the skill of handling the ball with their feet after the exercise program, and in most cases there is a significant difference by gender in favor of boys. Also, the skill of handling the ball has a positive effect on improving motor abilities in children, so this paper seeks to encourage greater involvement of these elements in working with preschool children.
