Abstract

Cilj završnog rada je prikazati aktualno stanje različitih tipova snage u mlađoj dobnoj skupini djece predškolske dobi. Za potrebe rada mjerena je repetitivna i eksplozivna snaga i to pomoću tri testa: trčanje na 5 metara, izbačaj lopte i sunožni bočni preskoci. Od antropometrijskih karakteristika izmjerena je tjelesna visina i tjelesna masa djece. Istraživanje je provedeno u tri grada: Petrinji, Zagrebu i Dugoj Resi, a sudjelovalo je 58. djece u dobi od 3 do 4 godine starosti. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su postojanje značajne razlike između djece s obzirom na spol i mjesto stanovanja. Djeca iz Zagreba imaju bolje rezultate u sve tri mjerene varijable te u visini tijela, dok djeca iz Duge Rese imaju nešto veću masu tijela. S obzirom na spol djevojčice su pokazale statistički značajniju razliku u tri varijable, tjelesnoj visini, tjelesnoj masi i trčanju na 5 metara, dok u preostale dvije varijable nije potvrđena značajnija razlika na temelju spola.

Abstract (english)

The purpose of this graduation thesis is to show the current condition of different types of strength in younger group of preschool children. For the purpose of this thesis the following was measured: repetitive and explosive strength through three tests: 5 metre run, ball throw and side jumps on both feet. From anthropometric characteristics body height and body mass were measured. The research was conducted in three locations: Petrinja, Zagreb and Duga Resa. 58 children ranging from 3 to 4 years old participated in it. The results have showed significant differences between children considering the gender and the place where they live. The children from Zagreb have better results in all three measured variables and in body height, while according to the arithmetic middle in body mass children from Duga Resa have better results. Considering the gender, the girls have showed statistically significant difference in three variables: body height, body mass and 5 metre run, while in the other two variables there was not a significant difference based on gender.
