Abstract

U ovom istraživačkom radu cilj je bio istražiti postoje li razlike između motoričkih sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi u gradu Zagrebu i Šibeniku. U radu su opisane i istraživane motoričke sposobnosti kod djece predškolske dobi. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od tridesetero djece u dvije vrtićke skupine mješovitog uzrasta. Pridaje se značaj kineziološkoj aktivnosti koja ima veliku ulogu u cjelokupnom rastu i razvoju djeteta. Naglašava se kako je kineziološka aktivnost potrebna za razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti i same motorike. Motoričke sposobnosti su osobine koje sudjeluju u rješavanju motoričkih zadaća. To je sposobnost pravilne i učinkovite izvedbe pokreta, kretnji ili voljno zadržavanje određene pozicije pod utjecajem raznih čimbenika i vanjskih sila. Opisuju se motoričke sposobnosti brzine, snage i jakosti, izdržljivosti, preciznosti, agilnosti, ravnoteže, koordinacije i fleksibilnosti. Za potrebu istraživanja kako bi se procijenile motoričke sposobnosti mjereno je pet motoričkih varijabli: ravnoteža, eksplozivna snaga, agilnost, koordinacija i brzina. Opisani su testovi koji su se koristili za to mjerenje: stajanje na kocki jedna noga, skok u dalj, taping rukom, trčanje s mlatićem i krug četveronoške. U radu su opisane karakteristike većih (Zagreb) i manjih (Šibenik) gradova kao i karakteristike slobodnog vremena djece pojedinih gradova. Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju da postoje vrlo male statistički značajne razlike među djecom predškolske dobi Šibenika i grada Zagreba. Istraživanje pokazuje kako djeca iz Šibenika imaju razvijenije motoričke sposobnosti ravnoteže, eksplozivne snage i agilnosti od djece iz Zagreba. Djeca iz Zagreba pokazala su bolji rezultat u motoričkoj sposobnosti koordinacije. Mjereći motoričku sposobnost brzine, ne postoji razlika između djece grada Zagreba i Šibenika.

Abstract (english)

In n this research paper, the aim was to investigate whether there are differences between the motor abilities of preschool children in the city of Zagreb and Šibenik. The paper describes and investigates motor skills in preschool children. The research was conducted on a sample of thirty children in two mixed-age kindergarten groups. Significance is given to kinesiological activity, which plays a major role in the overall growth and development of the child. It is emphasized that kinesiological activity is necessary for the development of motor skills and motor skills themselves. Motor skills are traits that participate in solving motor tasks. It is the ability to properly and effectively perform movements, movements or willingly maintain a certain position under the influence of various factors and external forces. The motor abilities of speed, strength and power, endurance, precision, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility are described. For the purpose of the study to assess motor skills, five motor variables were measured: balance, explosive power, agility, coordination, and speed. The tests used for this measurement are described: standing on a cube with one leg, long jump, taping with the hand, running with a hammer and a circle of four-legged. The paper describes the characteristics of larger (Zagreb) and smaller (Šibenik) cities as well as the characteristics of free time of children of individual cities. The obtained results indicate that there are very small statistically significant differences between preschool children in Šibenik and the city of Zagreb. Research shows that children from Šibenik have more developed motor abilities of balance, explosive power and agility than children from Zagreb. Children from Zagreb showed a better result in motor ability to coordinate. Measuring the motor ability of speed, there is no difference between the children of the city of Zagreb and Šibenik.
