Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je percepcija učitelja o suradnji s roditeljima učenika s teškoćama. Rad se sastoji od dva dijela – teorijskog dijela i istraživanja.U teorijskom dijelu opisuje se odgojno-obrazovna inkluzija, teškoće učenika, uloga roditelja, učitelja i stručnih suradnika te važnost suradnje. Uz sve navedeno, navodi se razlika između odgojno-obrazovne integracije i inkluzije te pojma dijete s posebnimodgojno-obrazovnim potrebama, odnosno dijete s teškoćama. Spominju se dokumenti kojima se određuju mogućnosti školovanja djece s posebnim odgojno-obrazovnim potrebama,opisuju se uloge i kompetencije roditelja, učitelja i stručnih suradnika koji su od velike važnosti kada je riječ o odgoju i obrazovanju djeteta s teškoćama. Osim toga, opisuje se i važnost suradnje te suradnja između učitelja i roditelja, koja je ujedno i svrha ovoga rada.U drugom dijelu rada provedeno je istraživanje kojemu je cilj istražiti percepciju učitelja o suradnji s roditeljima učenika s teškoćama. U istraživanju su sudjelovali učitelji predmetne i razredne nastave iz redovitih osnovnih škola u Republici Hrvatskoj koji su anonimno popunili upitnik o suradnji s roditeljima učenika s teškoćama.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis paper is teachers' perception of cooperation with the parents of students with disabilities. The paper consists of two parts, the first being a theoretical part and the second being the research. The theoretical part of the paper describes inclusive education, disabilities in students, the role of parents, teachers and school faculty as well as the importance of cooperation between all these groups. Furthermore, the difference between integration and inclusion in education is clarified, as well as the term children with special educational needs, or, in other words, children with disabilities. The theoretical part of this paper also mentiones documents determining the possibilities for educating children with disabilities, it describes the role and competences of parents, teachers and the rest of the school faculty, who all play a vital role in the education of children with disabilities. Finally, the importance of cooperation between teachers and parents is discussed, since the aim of this paper is to achieve and improve this cooperation. The second part of the paper describes research conducted in order to explore how teachers percieve working with the parents of children with disabilities. The research was conducted via an anonymous questionnaire about cooperation with the parents of children with disabilities that was filled out by elementary schools in the Republic of Croatia.
