Abstract

Tema je ovog završnog rada profesionalni razvoj suvremenog odgojitelja te definiranje odgojiteljske profesije i cjeloživotnog obrazovanja. Odgojiteljska se profesija mijenjala i razvijala tijekom vremena, a očekuju se i daljnje promijene te razvoj na tom području. Stoga će se u radu pokušati približiti važnost cjeloživotnog učenja odgojitelja. Upravo su kompetencije jedan od bitnih čimbenika uspješnog profesionalnog djelovanja koje karakterizira refleksivna praksa obilježena svakodnevnim profesionalnim djelovanjem i razvojem odgojitelja. Važno je da svaki odgojitelj upozna teoriju refleksivne prakse s ciljem povećanja vlastitih kvaliteta koje su potrebne za svakodnevni odgojno-obrazovni rad. Radom će se obuhvatiti i pedagoška dokumentacija koja je neizostavno sredstvo refleksije odgojnoobrazovne prakse te povijest i društveni položaj odgojitelja.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this final paper is the professional development of the modern educator and defining of educational profession and lifelong learning. Over the years, the educational profession has developed and further progress of the individual is expected. Therefore, the paper will try to approach the importance of lifelong learning of educators. Competences are one of the most important factors of successful professional activity, which is characterized by reflective practice marked by daily professional activity and development of educators. It is important that every educator gets familiar with the theory of reflective practice with the aim of increasing their own qualities that are necessary for everyday educational work. The paper will also include pedagogical documentation, which is an indispensable tool of reflecting on educational practice, as well as the history and social position of educators.
