Abstract

Unatoč tome što danas pojam „ljevak“ nema negativnu konataciju, još se uvijek doživljava kao nešto neuobičajeno i izaziva mnogo nedoumica. Ljevaka na svijetu ima svega 10%, a u tom skromnom broju krije se i 1% koji se odnosi na ambidekstere. Ambidekstrija označava podjednako dobro korištenje lijeve i desne ruke. Jedna posebna crta ljevaka i ambidekstera jest autonomija desne i lijeve hemisfere mozga. Takav poseban rad mozga se gotovo nikad ne susreće kod dešnjaka. Prava ambideksternost zahtijeva da se obje ruke koriste s jednakom preciznošću i nema prave prednosti ni u desnoj ni u lijevoj ruci, ni za lijepe ni za grube motoričke zadatke. Tjelesna aktivnost za dijete školske dobi jedan je od važnih poticaja za njegov rast i razvoj. Ponekad je učitelju teško prepoznati učenika ambidekstera, ali se to kroz sat tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture jasno može vidjeti kroz razne aktivnosti na satu koje su propisane nastavnim planom i programom, a učenik bi trebao postizati jednake rezultate s obje ruke/noge. U istraživanju ispitan je 71 sudionik, a saznajemo kako je danas broj ljevaka i ambidekstera znatno porastao, ali oni i dalje nisu pravovaljano uključeni u školski sustav, točnije Tjelesnu i zdravstvenu kulturu, u kojem bi se osjećali ravnopravno, a ne zanemareno.

Abstract (english)

Despite the fact that today the term "left-handed" has no negative connotations, it is still perceived as something unusual and causes a lot of doubts. There are only 10% of left-handed people in the world, and in that modest number there is also 1% related to ambidexters. Ambidexterity signifies equally good use of the left and right hand. One special feature of the left-handed people and ambidexters is the autonomy of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Such special brain work is almost never encountered in right-handers. True ambidexterity requires that both hands be used with equal precision and there is no real advantage in either the right or left hand or for fine or rough motor tasks. Physical activity for a school-age child is one of the important stimuli for his growth and development. Sometimes it is difficult for a teacher to recognize an ambidexter student, but this can be clearly seen through a physical education class through various classroom activities prescribed by the curriculum, and the student should achieve equal results with both hands / feet. The study surveyed 71 participants, and we learn that today the number of left-handers and ambidexters has increased significantly, but they are still not properly included in the school system, more specifically Physical education, in which they would feel equal, not neglected.
