Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je izrada plana i programa rada u području tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, odnosno metodologija programiranja za stariju dobnu skupinu predškolske djece. Iako je svakodnevna potreba za kretanjem kod djece predškolske dobi jako izražena, dojam je da djeca čak i u ovoj dobi poprimaju naviku sjedilačkog načina života, što im omogućava virtualni svijet koji im se nudi već od najranijeg djetinjstva. Zbog velike plastičnosti dječjeg organizma i faza ubrzanog rasta i razvoja u predškolskoj dobi veoma je važno da se dijete kreće, usavršava motoričke sposobnosti te se pravilno razvija stalno usvajajući nova kineziološka znanja i vještine. Današnje spoznaje potvrđuju da se sustavnim, znanstveno utemeljenim vježbanjem bitno može utjecati ne samo na regulaciju morfoloških, motoričkih i funkcionalnih obilježja, već u znatnoj mjeri i na kognitivne funkcije. Metodologija programiranja u području tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture je izuzetno bitan faktor efikasnog, primjerenog i svrsishodnog rada sa djecom i mladima, a ima posebno velik značaj u predškolskoj dobi s obzirom na vrlo osjetljive faze rasta i razvoja djeteta, kako u psihološkom, tako i u somatskom dijelu. S obzirom na relativno slabo motoričko iskustvo djece predškolske dobi, u radu s njima nikako ne bi smjelo biti improvizacije pa adekvatno planiranje i programiranje još više dobiva na važnosti. Za potrebe ovog rada izrađen je globalni, operativni i izvedbeni plan i program tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture za stariju dobnu skupinu predškolske djece kojim se odgajatelji mogu koristiti u svakodnevnom radu s djecom.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to make a plan and work program in the field of physical education, and programming methodology for the older age group of preschool children. Although the daily need for movement in children of preschool age is very pronounced, the impression is that children even at this age acquire the habit of sedentary lifestyle, which allows them a virtual world that is offered to them from early childhood. Due to the high plasticity of a child's body and the phase of rapid growth and development in the preschool age is very important that the child moves, improves motor skills and be properly developed constantly adopting new kinesiological knowledge and skills. Today's findings confirm that systematic, scientifically based exercise can significantly affect not only the regulation of morphological, motor and functional characteristics, but to a large extent on cognitive function. Programming methodology in the field of physical education is a very important factor of efficient, adequate and meaningful work with children and young people, and has a particularly great importance in the pre-school years due to the highly sensitive phase of growth and development of the child, both in psychological and in somatic area . Given the relatively poor motor experience of pre-school children, working with them in no way should be no improvisation but adequate planning and programming of even greater importance. For the purpose of this paper is made global, operational and implementation plan and program of physical education for the older age group of preschool children that teachers can use in their daily work with children.
