Abstract

Predmet ovoga rada je uhranjenost i izvanvrtićka, točnije tjelesna aktivnost djece predškolske dobi, a cilj rada je utvrditi koja je uloga zdravog načina života za rast i razvoj djeteta, tko ima utjecaj na stvaranje zdravih prehrambenih navika i tjelesne aktivnosti kod djece, na koji način se djecu može potaknuti na tjelesnu aktivnost u predškolskoj ustanovi i izvan nje te koje je aktivnosti moguće provoditi kroz igru kako bi se poticalo tjelesno vježbanje i tjelesne aktivnosti djece.
Za potrebe ovoga rada provedeno je istraživanje u različitim gradovima i vrtićima, kako bi se, mjerenjem tjelesne mase (TM) i tjelesne visine (TV), izračunavanjem indeksa mase tijela (ITM) te percentila indeksa tjelesne mase (%ITM), procijenilo stanje uhranjenosti jedne generacije djece predškolske dobi te količina i način provedenog vremena u izvanvrtićkim aktivnostima. Sudionici istraživanja bili su roditelji/skrbnici djece predškolske dobi iz dva različita dječja vrtića (DV „Iskrica“ i DV „Travica“), iz dva različita grada (Senj i Zagreb). Djeca su bila u dobi od četiri do sedam godina. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo sveukupno 38 roditelja/skrbnika koji su ispunjavali anketu. U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 24 dječaka i 14 djevojčica iz većeg i manjeg grada, te ruralnog mjesta.
Rezultati su pokazali kako između dječaka i djevojčica ne postoji značajno velika razlika u stanju uhranjenosti niti u razini tjelesne aktivnosti. Isto tako, rezultati su pokazali da ne postoji prevelika razlika stanja uhranjenosti niti vremena provedenog u dinamičnim aktivnostima prema mjestu življenja.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this paper is nutritional status and outdoor, to be more precisely physical activity of preschool children. The aim of this paper is to determine the role of a healthy lifestyle for the growth and development of the child, that has an impact on creating healthy eating habits and physical activity in children, that can encourage children to engage in physical activity in and out of preschool and which activities can be carried out through play to encourage children's physical exercise and physical activity.
For the purposes of this paper, research was conducted in different cities and kindergartens, in order to, by measuring body weight (BW), body height (BH) and calculating body mass index (BMI) and percentile body mass index, find out the nutritional status of one generation of preschool children and the amount of time spent in outdoor activities. The participants in the research were parents/guardians of preschool children from two different kindergartens ("Iskrica" and "Travica"), from two different cities (Senj and Zagreb). The children were ranged in age from four to seven years. A total of 38 parents guardians who completed the survey participated in the survey. The study included 24 boys and 14 girls from larger and smaller cities, and also rural areas.
The results showed that there was no significant difference between boys and girls in nutritional status or level of physical activity. Likewise, the results showed that there is not too much difference between the nutritional status or the time spent in dynamic activities according to the place of residence.
