Abstract

U današnje vrijeme broj djece s teškoćama u razvoju sve više i više raste. Sve veću prevalenciju tako ima i ADHD. Ovaj sindrom uvelike otežava svakodnevni život djeteta te utječe na kvalitetu njegovog zdravlja. Glavni cilj ovog rada je ukazivanje na važnost bavljenja kineziološkim aktivnostima za svu djecu, a pogotovo za djecu s ADHD-om. U radu je utvrđeno da takva aktivnost pogoduje cjelokupnom razvoju djeteta te u velikoj mjeri pozitivno utječe na ublažavanje simptoma ovog poremećaja. U radu se spominju simptomi ADHD-a, podjela i vrste ADHD-a, kako kineziološke aktivnosti utječu na poremećaj pažnje i hiperaktivnosti te se daju preporuke i smjernice za rad s djecom s ADHD sindromom. U radu se spominje i uloga odgojitelja koji bi svojim kompetencijama trebao usmjeravati djecu s ADHD-om k pravom putu te usaditi kvalitetne navike za zdrav i bolji život u starijoj dobi.

Abstract (english)

Nowadays, the number of children with disabilities is growing more and more. ADHD is also increasingly prevalent. This syndrome greatly complicates the daily life of the child and affects the quality of his health. The main goal of this paper is to point out the importance of engaging in kinesiological activities for all children, and especially for children with ADHD. The paper found that such activity is conducive to the overall development of the child and to a large extent has a positive effect on alleviating the symptoms of this disorder. The paper mentions the symptoms of ADHD, the division and types of ADHD, how kinesiological activities affect attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and gives recommendations and guidelines for working with children with ADHD syndrome. The paper also mentions the role of educators who should use their competencies to guide children with ADHD to the right path and instill quality habits for a healthy and better life in old age.
