Abstract

Igra je ujedno i jednostavna i složena dječja aktivnost koja pozitivno utječe na djetetov cjelokupan rast i razvoj. U ovom radu detaljno se opisuje zašto su igra i tjelesni razvoj toliko važni u životu svakog djeteta. Kako bi se dijete uredno razvijalo potrebno je zadovoljiti sve njegove potrebe, pa tako i potrebe kao što su igra i kretanje. U radu se temeljito opisuju sva antropološka obilježja koja se razvijaju i tijekom igre a to su: antropometrijske značajke, motoričke, funkcionalne, kognitivne sposobnosti, konativne osobine te socijalni status. Posebna pažnja se pridodaje motoričkim sposobnostima koja se povezuju s kineziološkim igrama te se daju primjeri igara koje odgovaraju određenoj vrsti motoričkih sposobnosti na koju se utječe tijekom izvođenja, što je ujedno i cilj ovog rada. Vrlo je bitno da je igra primjerena dječjoj dobi, interesima i mogućnostima jer djeca na taj način postaju svjesniji sebe, svijeta oko sebe, jačaju samopouzdanje te mu pruža osjećaj ugode i zadovoljstva.

Abstract (english)

The play is at the same time simple and complex child´s activity that affect positively the child´s overall growth and development. In this paper it is described in detail why are the play and physical development so important in every child´s life. In order for the child to develop properly, it is necessary to satisfy all his needs, including needs such as play and movement. The paper thoroughly describes all antropological features that develop during the play, and those are: antropometric features, motor, functional, cognitive abilities, conative properties and social status. Special attention is paid to the motor abilities associated with kinesiological play and examples of games that correspond to a certain type of motor skills that are affected during the performance are given, which is also the goal of this paper. Iti s very important that the play is appropriate for children´s age, interests and abilities, because in this way children become more aware of themselves, the world around them, strenghten self-confidence and it gives them a sense of comfort and satisfaction.
